I ordered catering through this Fairlawn location and usually I only take the time to review places if they’ve disappointed me but in a few cases when I’m completely satisfied I feel like they should get a review that they deserve. I was hesitant to order from here because in the past it wasn’t so great but I was assured that they were under new management. I ordered a buffet style chicken and salad with sides for 10 people. Everyone in my company was happy with the food, everything was fresh and hot. As far as sides go, we were especially happy with the mixed vegetables, mac and cheese, and the Nashville hot sauce is AMAZING. Shout out to the red-headed manager for making sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be coming back and all preconceived notions from the past are out the window. Glad I decided to give them another try.

This is by far the worst place to order a catering order from and I should’ve learned my lesson from the mishap last week with this company. I placed an order through ez cater last week and the order was never placed due to the Cuyahoga Falls location being closed and this week they sent us the wrong order from the Fairlawn location. I got attitude when I called to confirm order would be ready at the scheduled time today and when we got the food it was cold unseasoned, runny Mac, brown salad, left over chicken from a week ago, bland pie and cookies which is NOT what I ordered. When I called to let them know this was the wrong order and food was unsatisfactory I was told the GM and manager made the food themselves so oh well. They should be fired for what they put together for people to consume. The person who answered the phone was rude and made me feel as if I was being a bother to him. I wish you could leave a review with no stars because that’s what they have earned from me and all my fellow coworkers who will be leaving their own reviews. Chick fil A or Piada would NEVER give this lack luster customer service or food. I see why the Cuyahoga falls location is closed and the Fairlawn location should follow suit. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hate to give this review. They never have any of the food you order. Chicken noodle soup, any chicken, any sides. I mean throw a dart at the menu, they don’t have it in stock. I’ve had this issue about 10 times in the last year here. I’m not the first person to complain about their lack of supply either.

This place doesn’t comply with hours listed in website. They close an hour earlier than Is listed. Found that out the hard way a different night. Tonight I ordered online for pickup but when I got there they didn’t have orders made. Said they didn’t have any pot pies but had not tried to call me with this info. Then they said they couldn’t give a refund that I had to contact the corporate office. They managed eventually but then decided they couldn’t fill the rest of the order. Manager dissed me when I was ticked at this being badly handled. No sorry even . Pretty sure this place isn’t making their main bucks from the service and food they provide. Don’t worry I won’t be back. Anyone else, you’ve been warned by me.

First time I went to this place they didn’t have anything. Second time, we placed an order online and when it was time to pick it up they said they didn’t have ribs. No one called or let us know… Third time, I called ahead to see if they had ribs and the lady who answered was awful. She didn’t say hello, how can I help you.. anything. When I asked my question and she gave a short answer and just hung up. Terrible service. Do not hang up on me. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. ridiculous.

The worst Boston Market experience! Always enjoyed the menu. On this occasion at approx 4;30 PM, they didn’t have meatloaf or little chicken available. The Mac and cheese was watery. The cream spinach appeared to sitting out for a while. The corn bread was crusty. I was greatly disappointed!
