Ordered on Uber Eats the Meatloaf meal for 3. The food was acceptable my only complaint was if someone is ordering food to go do you think maybe they might like some salt and pepper?? Perhaps some butter for their cornbread?? Maybe a few napkins?? A plastic fork?? All I got besides my food was 1 plastic spoon

Boston Market was one of the only fast food restaurants that my wife tolerates. We typically get at least 1-2 meals here a month for the past 10 years, but recently as of 3/22/23 quality has severely suffered. Wrong sides to our order. Dill potatoes no longer served, mashed potatoes are gritty and even faker than before. Dry chicken. Cornbread disintegrated. All of these things are atypical of this location, but something has changed. On top of all of this, the building is hideous, you should have taken your painter to court.

Got family meal for my sons birthday, the mashed potatoes were those instant powder potatoes worse than kfcs not the typical boston market ones, the cornbread crumbled in your hands, and chicken didnt have same flavor as before. Such an embarrassment.

Going through the drive-through and getting your food to-go is a joke. The portions are so small, you aren’t getting very much food. The adult meal that’s over $10 looks like a kid’s meal. Also, look at the corn bread. They can’t even give you a full sized piece of corn bread. Very disappointed.

The rotisserie chicken ” nuggets” look nothing like the photos.. I legit got a bunch of what seemed like small bits of cut up chicken.. How is that a nugget.. And they 12 piece was like 9 bucks.. Total waste of money.. No wonder I never order from here.. It’s overpriced hospital food I swear.
