What happened to Boston Market??? This food doesn’t resemble Boston Market food at all. And what’s up with these cheap containers? The service person was really nice. But we didn’t get a few of the large sides we ordered. Bummed out…this used to be a pretty decent last minute dinner for the family. Now it’s elementary school lunch status.

Drove to the dearborn location where they didn’t want to make fresh sides so another couple and us left. The rice looked like it was two day old and telling us to see what they have available when it’s hours before closing they should of had everything available.

Haven’t had Boston Market in over a year and wish a hadn’t today. I did a curbside pickup. Food was horrible. Food was served in a Hefty carry out container. Mac was overcooked and mushy. Mashed potatoes were not like the ones I’m used to having at Boston Market. It was like an over cooked TV dinner. Corn bread was dry. Very very very very disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews first. Customer service was AWESOME.

Went to two different locations first location didn’t have the food that they advertise on there own building. Second location gave me this uneatable food that supposed to be chicken nuggets and a sandwich with no lettuce or tomato just chicken and bread and they get mad at you for asking for something thats on there menu WHY ARE YOU MAD AT THE PEOPLE THATS GIVING You money. I am very disappointed in Boston Market but it’s my fault I guess. Why are you open if you don’t have what’s on the menu?

This Boston Market should shut down for good. The building itself looks as if it is run down, the food is always uncooked and cold, and they are ALWAYS out of menu options. For weeks they have been out of one menu item. One item in particular was unavailable for over a month, and instead of being told that the the food choice was another brand entirely, it was tweaked make customers think that it tasted better, and just give it to you thinking you won’t notice. Paper flyers, wet, folded and unable to read, are all over the drive thru menu board informing customers what they are out of, and this list has approximately 15 unavailable items. Not even worth my time to pull up and look at the menu as they won’t have what you want anyway. Like I said, with a dumpy store in itself and the food always being unavailable, they should just shut down. Even though it’s 2 minutes away from me, it’s not even worth the time to drive there.

My husband and I were wondering what was up with the quality of Boston Market, however yesterday it was the limit. We ordered our food online at 5:00 p.m. we were going to pick her up at 5:26. What was the surprise that it was closed, and on my credit card make the pending charge, I should have read the reviews before my order and see that they close and they are not responsible, if they close they should no longer accept online orders, not to mention the bad customer service you have. Don’t waste your money here!

In line for 10 to 15 minutes, lady came to the microphone After hearing me, talk to my wife about if she wants a chicken potpie and said they did not have chicken or pot pie. I said I want meatloaf She said we have meatloaf. Then I get to the window to finally place my order Not at the microphone. And they no longer have meat loaf They sold it on a doordash They never have enough food they are not Ran good at all Management is horrible Always out of food. Its So bad here I don’t recommend ever going here. You never know if they’re gonna have food. But to tell me that you have what I want. And then when I finally get the order, you’re out of it That’s the last straw.

The food was okay at best. Everything came cold and undercooked. This was not the experience that we have come to expect eating at a Boston Market restaurant. There were several items missing/unavailable that I was not informed about through the UberEats app. I will not be giving this location any of my family or friends business again. This was a very big disappointment. The items we ordered were the supposedly baby back ribs, unseasoned & not sweet corn, and the sweet potato casserole was very bland and watery.

I just came from the Allen Park location. Upon walking in the place was dark and depressing. The staff was not friendly at all. Especially when delivering the bad news that they do have many of the items that I want. I asked if they had gravy….NO gravy AT ALL. Then I asked if they had meatloaf….NO.
