Chicken was excellent. Tender. Tasty. Customer service was on point. Patient young AfroAmer man operating the cash drawer. Woman handling the chicken knew how to greet from rear and tend rotisserie machine then hop to front to assist when got busy. Staffed perfectly with someone cleaning dining hall . The sides were not that good…spinach bland…carrots looked dried out…but I know we came when it was slow. Not staff fault. Friend enjoyed meatloaf..i would definitely go back. Hopefully they’ll go back to original recipes when yams were tasty.

Haven’t been here in forever. Decided to pick up carryout for my family for dinner last night. (3/31/23) I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo dinner, a 1/4 chicken and 1/2 rack rib dinner and a full rack rib dinner. DELICIOUS! My only complaint was the size portion of the 3 piece chicken meal. For the price point paid, I received a very small thigh and two drum sticks. Not enough food for my son, so I gave him my 1/4 chicken to go along with his. The sides were fresh and tasty…mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing and creamed spinach. Apparently they are out of cornbread until 4/3/23. They are subbing ciabatta bread for it.

Great experience with the supervision food was hot and tasty. I was not sure what I wanted and the supervisor recommended the chicken mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese everything was great. Thanks for making my lunch enjoyable.

looks like employees robbed the store and left rotting food in the trays. no sign saying it was closed. i placed the order ahead if time and was charged and only was given a $5 credit back and not my money. this place has a habbit of employees walking out so i think they finally all did.

They have my favorite rotisserie chicken! Boston Market was part of my childhood and I’m sad to see them all closing down. They should reconsider and stay open! If they would stay open then I would spread the word and come back as often as possible. Don’t leave us loyal customers!

I had missing items with my delivery. I tried calling the restaurant many times and no answers the phone. I feel I should have got a credit for my missing food. I ordered though Uber eats and they were no help. Never will order again. This is my 2nd time having a problem with my order and Noone answers the phone to help.

You can definitely see the difference when it used to be Boston market up until now service was good food on the scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a two they were out of everything that they advertise so it wasn’t a lot of choices to choose from and the portion sizes are so small for what they charge is a little bit too much money

Unfortunately, because as far as service goes, they were very slow. It was me & one other person in front of me, and it took about 20 minutes. So that made the atmosphere “irritating”. The food was good (not great). And, everything was hot.

Ordered ahead after Thanksgiving and went to pick it up. They were closed but inside doing catering orders. A young lady came out and was very kind, she stated that our order should not have went through because of short staffing and all the catering orders. She was sweet and apologetic. she said come back in 45 minutes and she’d have it ready. When I came back I was greeted by a manager who’s attitude was best described as stank, who proceeded to argue with me about what was going on. The other young lady came out with our food and some extras for the inconvenience but the manager just rolled her eyes and walked away. Maybe this is why their is only one store left In the Milwaukee area. Make the young lady the manager, she was great.
