Having been a longtime customer, it’s disheartening to witness the decline of one of my favorite spots, Boston Market. In the past, the restaurant boasted a bountiful array of options, but now the selections are incredibly limited. While the chicken maintained its quality, the experience was marred by cold mashed potatoes and gravy that appeared to have been improperly reheated. Observing patrons come in, only to leave puzzled by the diminished food selection, was a sight to behold. The absence of rotating rotisserie displays and the store’s nearly closed appearance painted a concerning picture. A mismatched array of decorations, some seemingly leftover from Thanksgiving last year, adorned the tables, and the unclean floor added to the sense of neglect. Despite these shortcomings, the staff retained their characteristic warmth and kindness, although their perplexed expressions hinted at their awareness of the situation. It is my hope that Boston Market’s management takes this feedback to heart, rectifying these issues and restoring the restaurant’s once-thriving ambiance.

Went to this establishment yesterday for lunch, food was tasty. More importantly, I left my purse and was relieved to find it was safely stored today. I was asked to pull my ID from my purse to prove I was the owner. So grateful for honest folks who do their job well!

I ordered delivery. Chicken and ribs with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was spilled in the bag the mashed potatoes had no gravy, ribs and sauce looked old and the pieces of chicken looked like something someone left on their plate after eating. Absolutely disgusting. I went there in person a few months ago and dined in with my spouse and thought the place looked like it’s been through some rough times but I thought I’d give em another try last night… NEVER AGAIN! DISGUSTING!!!! either get a new crew in there and a makeover or just shut it down.

I should not have gone in. The portion sizes for the price of the half chicken meal (quail sized chickens and an ice cream scoop worth of sides) would have been acceptable if it weren’t for the the dirty interior and horrible customer service. Boston Market used to be a pleasant experience and good value for the money. Not anymore It’s a shame that this will be my last memory of BM. I should not have gone in.

Well the Ac is off, 89 degrees outside and 100+ degrees inside its a cold breeze every time someone opens the door. Restaurant has Not been cleaned properly in too long of a time, chairs are sticky the floor is sticky and there’s garbage on the floor. When Boston market first open at this location, the food was delicious and the service was impeccable, the food now is Mediocre, served to you by people that obviously don’t care about their quality of work. So sad to see that the quality of food & service has dropped by the wayside. Chicken was dry and flavorless all the sides are bland and flavorless or too sweet or too salty. I am sad to say that I will most likely never come back here ever again because what’s the point bad food poor service and dirty restaurant yuck
