By far the worst experience ever. I placed an order online for pick up. When we got home the chicken was pretty dry but not a big deal. I also got a soup and half way to it I realize it had a roach. I was so disgusted and just went ahead and threw everything away. Called the store over and over and and no response.

Trash. Nothing sweet about the corn. Nothing Parmesan Tuscan about the chicken I ordered. And it was dry and crunchy, on top of that. Sweet potato casserole = soupy orange mush with way too much sugar. As hungry as I was I didn’t even finish. I should’ve known by how run down the building exterior looked… my fault. Last time I’m ever spending any time or money at this establishment. You’re better off going ANYWHERE else.

These teenagers will run an establishment down. They don’t care about the quality of the food. Nasty is an understatement. The corn was over cooked an the mashed potatoes was horrible. The chicken was dry. Didn’t even finish the meal. Establishment needs better supervision.

Horrible is an understatement. The sign said open we came to the door and they had the doors locked. All the teenage workers were on their phone and they made us go through the drive through. The food was horrible and tasted nothing like Boston Market. My cornbread was full of black burnt particles. The chicken was pink and looked like it had been sitting out all day. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I threw EVERYTHING in the trash.

I pointed out a roach on the counter… also, there is a review from Taylor Cole 3 months ago that complains of a roach on chicken that was purchased from Boston Market. Horrible. I see comments from Boston Market on good reviews but not the bad ones. Horrible as well. I think I’ll return once a week to record and review the experience. It is an obvious health hazard that has not been rectified.

They deserve 0 stars, went to pick up an Uber order, the door is locked so I go to the drive thru it’s 5 cars in front of me it took 20 minutes to get to the window! Then the girl says can you pull up we have to prepare it, I say ok, I’m like wow how is it not prepared and it’s been over 25 minutes since the food was ordered, so I pull up and the guy puts the food on the trash can to open the door, he picks it up and shoved the bag in my hands! Never will I give them my money & I called the customer to let her know how he sat her food on the trash before opening the door. Refund requested.
