I have been going to this location for almost 11 years. The food used to be good. My last visit ever was Friday. The employee at the window informed me that the recipe for creamed spinach had changed and customers were complaining about it, so I chose not to get it (I appreciated her honesty). What I did get was all pretty awful. The roast chicken had absolutely zero flavor whatsoever. The white meat was so dry I choked on it. The cornbread was bland and uncooked in the middle. The broccoli was also bland and seemed to have no seasoning at all. The sweet potato casserole was fine, but it was the only decent thing about the meal. If Boston Market is trying to run itself out of business, they are doing a great job at this location. I won’t be back again….ever.

The location on Hurtsview and Grapevine highway is absolutely awful. We came around 8 pm and went through the driveway to order several meals for my self my wife and kiddos. The woman in the drivethrough was very rude and nasty. We couldn’t hear very well due to the speaker malfunction and asked her to repeat a few things and she snapped at us then when we confronted her behaviour she argued and continued acting unprofessional. Not a good look for Boston Market. Not to mention the missing sign and trash in the parking lot. Do not go to this location. Maybe that’s why that store is never busy due to the fact they can’t hire someone who speaks to their paying customer respectfully. Do better . How embarrassing Boston Market.

This place used to be so good… What happened? The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there… I did tip them and thanked them for working..and I did get a smile out of them. They were out of alot of items ..the meatloaf was dry and burnt… But it was the end of the day ..Mashed potatoes were instant…

Very bad customer service, worst actitud the lady was very rude and also don’t have any sodas and they have a little paper saying is not drinks but when we ask for a drink she charge us, and they is no drinks and she says well is a paper saying no drinks so why do you charge us. Great service and great food. They are cooking chickens all day and they are fresh and hot. They also have a great selection of sides including green beans, stuffing and many more options. When you done in you get real plates and usually they bring your food to your table. Service is pretty fast but not rushed. Kids love their macaroni and cheese!
