I was so disappointed today with the taste of their rotisserie chicken. I went by the drive-thru and the young lady was very polite and professional. I ordered 2 whole chickens. When I served them for dinner they were so dry and overcooked, the flavor was off…a total disaster. This is the first time this has ever happened and I was so disappointed. My family has always enjoyed the flavorful and moist chickens. I don’t know if the recipe has changed or what happened today but these were the worst tasting chickens I’ve ever had.

The manger at this location to Hispanic guy goes above and beyond with his customer service, I guess they forgot the put my cake in the bag and I left to go next door to another restaurant and this manger came all the way out his store and went next door in drive thru just to hand me my cake, it’s people like him that can turn a bad day into a great one most restaurants will let you drive off he’s a great guy and this is his second time going out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer!

The sweet potatoes are worth every calorie. I’m trying to get in better shape but this is one of those sides that is so good that I don’t care about calories. The food is good at this location whenever we visit although the drive thru line can be a bit slow so don’t come if you need to eat immediately for any reason.

Service was great. Food has been better. The family meal was supposed to come with six large family sides but the sides were barely any larger than a single serving which for what they charge for the family meal should embarrass the company. I will add a photo of the serving later.

Store had open signs on but the lobby was closed. On the entrance door it said drive thru was open. Drive thru entrance was blocked off. I saw employees cleaning the equipment at 8:00 pm on 8/14 /23. I use to go out 9f my way to come to this location on Hulen Street. It a shame how this location is being operated. Hopefully coperate will step in and fix this place.

Visited Sunday 2/5/23. Drink machine leaking. Food hadn’t been changed out recently with Managertelling another customer “she hadn’t updated the Mac and and cheese in awhile”. This after I paid. Nice staff tho.

I would give zero stars if it was allowed on here this place is not good at all. They’re over priced their corners so bitter it’s not sweet and the potatoes have no flavor nor do I even think they’re real mashed potatoes. I think they’re instant they don’t even give you butter and salt and pepper for your potatoes. They just offer you some nasty brown gravy.
