I got rotisserie chicken white meat, mashed potatoes w/gravy and spinach. The person that waited on me was polite, helpful, and informative not necessarily talkative but still polite. The food was good and warm. I’ll go back again.

Pieces of chicken are very small and overcooked to the point that skin is burned to the black color. Three piece dark meat cannot be all three thighs, you have to get at least one leg which looks like a bone with burned skin on. So I didn’t want that, asked for whole chicken. They said it’s all gonna be pieces: 2 breast, 2 legs and 2 thighs. What?! That’s not what they show on the pictures. Salad case had no vegetables at all. Empty! So I guess they didn’t have salads ether. And you call this Boston Market? Shame! They ruining a good name! This is for the owner: the time was around 5 pm dinner time. You are probably loosing profits. I left and so did other drivers.

Came in today to get lunch they said the credit card reader was down I said how long since Wednesday that’s 3 days and didn’t mention anyone coming to fix it. I’m from Boston and I eat here any chance I get and today was a disappointing day. I feel like there Taking cash from the register because that’s how usually it starts. Also less then 20 percent carry cash now and days so that’s a bunch of customers that not have been served. I am not paying 3.99 cents to take cash out from ATM.

Eating here many times, but this time was different. The cashier act like she didnt want to be here. My quess Momma and Daddy to her get out and get a job. The food was horrible prepared. For Starters, meatloaf was burned on the bottom. The cornbread was extremely cold. I ate all I could…finally threw in the towel. Do yourself a favor, go to Burger king and save your money.
