I used to go to the one on 1960 and haven’t gone for the past 15 years. Decided to try this one on beechnut and what a waste of money. Food was horrible and the 3 ladies were not welcoming at all. I didn’t complain because I saw that the food looked bad but had been craving it for a while so it was at my own risk. Will NEVER go back. I’ve been reading reviews for several locations and I should have trusted those reviews. Boston market is not what it used to be. The nuggets were dry and horrible. Didn’t force my kids to eat them.

They were out of prime ribs at 7 already. that’s the main reason for the missing star. other than that, chicken and St Louis ribs were good and tender, sides were fresh and tasty. Corn bread was new for me and it was pretty good. i wish meat was slightly hotter. service was alright, nothing outstanding, just ok enough. the place was kinda clean, except for 2 or 3 tables that people left messy and nobody in the staff cleaned. when i think of it, it just deserved another star loss. too bad.

Roasted Garlic Chicken was good. Green beans and broccoli were bland, no flavor. Most of the fountain drinks are out of order and the tea is not fresh or brewed, but instead, it is a Gold Peak reconstituted concentrate, blah!!

The service was great. The food was good. It was slim pickens when I arrived around 4:30 pm. A lot of the food on the line was out or dried out and needed to be refreshed so there wasn’t much to choose from, but what I did get was quite tasty. It was just disappointing to not be able to have a bigger variety. I will return and hope things are on the next visit.

Never again.. Employees need to work on their customer service.. all 3 of them… Food was not good.. Chicken was okay and mash as well but mac&cheese was gross.. cornbread is not like they used to be.. Dr. Pepper & Coke needed changing.. zero flavor… Wouldn’t recommend this location..

Horrible tasting food , this is no longer Boston Market of the past. Cornbread was dry. My son said the chicken smelled like old socks , I didn’t believe him so I checked it out and he was right. Chicken head horrible musty smell to it we didn’t finish the meal after that. I threw it away. Very disappointed in Boston market

I did not get a feeling of cleanliness, the one employee was a little too much and the chicken pot pie was burnt, minimum filling and did not taste the same as other Boston Markets. The soda machine needs some cleaning or updating
