When we pulled up we saw a store in distress. What this location once was is no longer. Lots of sold out sides and other dishes. So there was little to choose from. What we did get was hot and fresh. The food was surprisingly good. Better than I would have thought. They have Christmas decorations up inside and you can tell it won’t be long that this place will be gone. The staff was nice and friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed the experience. Thank you to the staff for making it a great experience.

This used to be one of my favorites, but I get the impression like this place is about to close. If it’s not, then I feel REALLY sorry for them. Past couple of times they were short on many items. The seating area always has boxes all over the place, so it’s not the most welcoming place to eat. I once ate here when Hall of Fame football player Terrell Owen came in AND ate in. I’ve never been there when it was full of eat in customers. Most recently I was in the men’s room and it was fifty, leaking sink and a dead roach on the floor.

Walked into a restaurant that smelled like a well used bathroom. Went to place an order for a simple chicken plate with sides. They only had 4 sides available… no mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese ect. Just corn, old greens, and dry rice. All three specials were out of stock… nobody cares.

This place was disgusting . We always get Thanksgiving dinner at Boston but new to the area and had to try it out. Simply gross. Meatloaf taste like dog food my teenager said. My cornbread had hairs.messaged Anna the area supervisor noone got back to me. Scout the gm is never there to speak to. Team Member’s refused a full refund. This place is just not even worth a bother.

I had only had Boston once before, my job got it catered, mind you it was in Monterey Park… so I was looking forward to this food. Mannnn…the mash was watery and bland, the corn bread was cold and the chicken while taste was good, looked like a freaking pheasant, tiny pieces. The restaurant looked dirty and it was hot as all hell. I felt bad for the employees.

Chicken was very dry and hard. Also, new to go cardboard containers got soggy and lost its integrity. Food was leaking out and all mushed together inside. Aside from that, it was delicious. The atmosphere would be better if it didn’t always smell like sewage inside, been like that for years.. which is why I always get my food To Go.

Worse potpies I have ever had. I have skipped this place for some time and picked today to try it again. No longer. 3 pies and 2 way under cooked with the 3 rd way over cooked.

What a disappointment, this establishment has really deteriorate. 1/2 the menu items were sold out at 1pm? The mashed potatoes were just blah, corn was old. It would surprise me if they survive the year. It is really sad as this store has such great potential.

My husband liked his signature chicken dish with mashed potatoes and gravy and stuffing and gravy. He didn’t eat his cornbread choosing to take it home. My signature dish on the other hand had sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli. I love sweet potatoes, but their sweet potatoes were just a little on the really sweet side. Their steamed broccoli was just a little over steamed. Just wished it was a little crunchier. But I thought the chicken was very moist, flavorful and delicious. I just don’t know what happened to the cornbread. I don’t remember it being so cold and not tasting like cornbread. I gave it to my husband who will gladly eat it.

I would rate 4.25 stars because of the kind chefs. The following sides were not available: Mac&Cheese, Cream Spinach, or Sweet Potatoes. Also, I would have preferred if the server was wearing a mask. Somewhat smelled like mop.
