Tried to visit multiple times during normal business hours, about 3 pm, but the first time they only had 2 sides left and only turkey and meatloaf. Looked like they never had any chicken because the rotisseries were spotless. Then just yesterday 6/8/23 they didn’t have any food. I tried to call corporate to find out what’s going on. Their message said they are no longer taking phone calls but to leave feedback on their website. Went to the website and the feedback option is down also. WHAT A MESS!

Bad food. Ordered a whole chicken that was overcooked and dry. When I returned the bad food I got nothing but attitude from the young lady at the front counter. She was sassy and had a smart mouth. Nasty customer service. No smiles anywhere. I am a professional chef visiting Pittsburgh from Phoenix and I know food quality. If you are serving bad food at least do it with a smile. This was at the Shadyside location off Baum Blvd.

I was at the Schaumburg,Il location and ordered a sandwich side and drink the menu board was not working and women behind the counter said its graphic thing so anyway when I got my order she handed me the sandwich and side without a tray or in a bag what the heck that is awful!! i worked in the food service industry for a long time and to go orders in a bag dine in on a tray or bag that location needs to correct this matter!

They deleted their rewards program with 0 notice. We had about $50 worth of food sitting in there. If this is how you treat your most loyal customers, we won’t be returning. Rohan and Jay have no idea what they are doing. Sell the company ASAP.

Boston Market on 3249 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33021, has gone wildly bad. It used to be the best of the Boston market’s out but now their chicken taste bad, the mac and cheese taste worst, and the meatloaf is ridiculous. I ordered their Thai chicken and they did not provide it. They are so bad that they are not even using Boston markets regular plates , bags and cups. We asked them if they were transitioning to a new company they said no, but nothing is the same, I thought you all should know. Please look into this travesty. Thank you

Visited the Greensboro North Carolina location it was absolutely nasty the floor was saturated with dirty mop water it smell like a sewer. The time of my visit was at 11:55 a.m. and they were already out of most everything including sodas. I love Boston market but this one needs to be shut down.

Doubt if my husband and I will go back. A year ago we went and they were out of chicken! Lol Last week we gave it another try. Yep, out of the new special that I wanted, instant mashed potatoes were not good. The gravy was good and the regular chicken I ate but the service was the worst ever. Don’t think we will ever be back, too bad used to really like Boston Market.

On March 10, 2023, I purchase orders of rotisserie chicken in the amount $49.91, needless to say the chicken, macaroni and cheese even the gravy was extremely salty to the point no one, not even my husband could eat, an horrible was of money. Earlier on March 8 I ordered from on their online site, Store#400 I never received the order I was informed that I will be refund still awaiting (stupid me, but my husband and I are home bound) and we wanted Boston. After a little research, I am in firm agreement this particular chain should be closed permanently.

Boston Market in Duncanville & Desoto tx has really bad roaches & have the employees to stomp them & hide the fact from their customers. Also they DO NOT pay their employees. They pay late then bounce the checks they give to them. This is ridiculous & all of them should be shut down

If I could it would be negative stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE. We ordered this for our work thanksgiving party spent $1,800 on cold food, two trays of the food had hair in them, they did not provide any serving utensils or plates EVEN THOUGH WHEN WE ORDERED WE CONFIRMED IF IT CAME WITH THE ORDER AND THEY SAID YES. So thankfully we had plates in our office. We ordered half the order for salad so for 30 people and was one small plastic bin. The bread was cold and hard. I called and complained right away and was told to file the complaint with them via the phone and online. I did both. It is now 12 days later and they are still telling me someone is going to call. They wont provide any customer service email address and they say EVERYONE is too busy to answer a call. I call corporate number and they have a machine that only asks you to leave a voice mail which i did as well. The picture I attached is the plate showing the hair that was in both the turkey tray and the mac and cheese tray.
