Great food, but the staff are very rude and seem upset when you want to place an order. First time I walked in they they refused to take my order despite the door being open. It was 5 minutes to 4 and they were just standing around on their phones. Second time around they seemed annoyed that I came here to order pizza. Glad the people I work with don’t act like this or we’d be out of business.

You might think this is a “generated” positive review. It’s not. Went there in the summer of 2020 (just passing through the area). Got a small cheese pizza. Paid and left with my take out. After eating the first slice I called them up and said “I don’t know WHAT you’re doing over there, but that is the best FVVVVKING PIZZA I’ve had in ten years!!!!!” Maybe I was just really hungry, but it was super tasty and fresh. I still think about that pizza, sitting here in 2021. The Boston Pizza Co is about 50 minutes away from me in a very wrong direction, but I wish them well even though I probably won’t return. ❤

We ordered a pizza and chicken fingers. 1 hour later, we still had not received our order. I called and spoke to “someone ” and was told that it was a busy night and the driver was out with our order and would be there soon. 1 hour later, and the order was still not here. I called and canceled the order. The person who answered didn’t even apologize for the delay.

Please do not waste your money here. I tried the pizza and it was much too heavy on the cheese after I asked for light cheese. I decided to give it a second chance. Ordered “very light on the cheese and very well done”. Got heavy cheese and barely cooked underneath. I mean almost white. Called and asked “how does that happen when a customer asks for very well done”? It looked crispy on the edges, he said.

A hidden gem in applewood plaza in tyngsboro. Walked in this small cute pizza place with a gorgeous stone – brick oven. I could already tell the pizza is going to be delicious. I ordered a small sausage, spinach, roasted red pepper pizza, cheese bacon fries, and a small meatball sub. The pizza came out piping hot, just as pizza should be. Ingredients tasted freshly cooked everything tasted so fresh. I can’t express the fresh taste. The cheese was perfectly gooey. The bacon cheese fries were just as good with cheddar jack and bacon. Served with sour cream. Restaurant was also clean. AND THEY DELIVER!!!! Will be coming back. Coke products as well!!

The most miserable and rude people I’ve ever met. The service is trash and hardly anything you order comes the way you order it. On top of skimpy portions I’ve never met a more poorly set work crew completely lacking in work ethic and pride in the service that they provide. I’ve ordered from here multiple times out of convenience and I’ve never the less been let down with every visit.

I’ve been eating here since it opened. The pizza has a sweet sauce but it’s addicting and you actually crave it. It is by far the best pizza around. It also has a pool hall and bar next door where you can enjoy the food in a sports bar atmosphere! I highly recommend trying the pizza.

I like their food, but the service could improve dramatically. Also, can get expensive quickly. They need a cash register instead of an ipad with the “square app” for processing transactions. Any real POS system, really. I love the potato skins and the wings are good. Boneless tenders are perfect. Maximillian’s, the pool hall next door, is related to Boston Pizza Co. Be patient from ordering through to picking up juat because there can be various sticking-points to the experience, but the end goal is good pub food and that’s what this place does so the experience is worth it.
