I would give the service four stars because of his great personality but it took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks and then when we did, my salt rimmed beer was overflowing because he didn’t know that once the beer touches the salt it will overflow. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him to please bring me an empty glass with a salt rim so that I could still have my salt for my beer. I never got that glass. It took another 20 minutes for him to take our order. When I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza I ask for an extra side of the buffalo sauce that is put on the pizza. When he brought the pizza along with my parties food, he brought me hot sauce instead of the buffalo sauce. I love this restaurant! I used to work here back in 2010-2011 when Dave was the district manager and it ran very smoothly then. I’m not normally a complainer, you can look at all my other reviews and see that I will only complain when there’s an issue that causes me not to enjoy my visit.

The restaurant appearance is less than presentable. The waiting service was good. The young lady who waited on us was very nice and professional. We ordered dessert first and share it. The Boston Whiskey Cake. This cake was 5 star delicious. The meal were disappointing. I ordered a pizza and my guest ordered shrimp/chicken pasta. Both of the entrées were cold. Really disappointing seeing that the restaurant was not busy. Cocktails were not the best but drinkable

First I’ll start by saying we thought they were out of business because the parking lot was empty and the trash cans were overflowing outside. We tried the door and they were open. Hardly any other patrons. They seated us and the table was so wobbly we moved ourselves to another table. Waitress knew absolutely nothing about the menu and had zero suggestions. Did not check on us as often as I thought she should have and did not refill our drinks. Husband loved his chicken sandwich and truffle fries which is why I gave it 4 stars for food. My pizza burger was not done all the way, doughy, cheese not melted through and the burger was still reddish on the inside even though I’d ordered it well done. Truffle fries were very good. It was hot as the blazes of hell inside of the restaurant. This was an unpleasant visit for me. Not sure if they are on the way of going out of business but they used to be great when we visited in years past. Not so in this case.

Went with a couple of friends who are regular s here. Met some interesting people and had a couple of drinks. I want to go back to try the punch bowl though. My friend ordered the cheese fries, which came out perfect. They looked yummy. The service was good seeming that it was only 2 bartenders but people were ordering mixed drinks on the bar side.

$9 for a kids chicken tender meal. We had order the chicken tenders with carrots and got two chicken tenders, a side of mandarin oranges, and no drink. My daughter had to eat some of my lunch because she was still hungry afterwards. Definitely not worth the price. The only reason the are still in business is due to the location. The food is exactly what you expect; bother better and nothing worse.

*Update – last nights visit was not the most pleasant experience. The waitress in the bar area was less than inviting. First of all, I’ve never been carded (I provided it with no fight)… we never got her name, she made no suggestions on food, she failed to provide napkins, never checked in on us throughout our stay and made us very uncomfortable the whole time. She had on a hoodie and crocs… looked like she just hopped out of bed. If I come here again and see her, I’ll find another place to visit if she’s the only server working. The food was great as always.

Took my daughter there for a few hours. Food was great, and customer service was awesome. Nate was our waiter and bartender. She asked him for something sweet and strong. He hit the nail on the head, and kept checking on us. Great service.

Service was terrible. Waiter took long to serve us, didn’t follow up between our meal, and took a long time to take payment and bring back my credit card. Not to mention that food was not good at all. And the physical upkeep of the place seems hazardous and eyesore. Checking this place off our dine out list. Terrible!
