Very original Italian Cuisine restaurant! Sauces are house special. All food tastes great! The Cesar salad tasted better than any other tried before. The Frittura di paranza was fried to the right point, not too raw or over cooked. And the tomato sauce is very special. Hot and fresh, tasted really good. We finished it in a minute and asked for more. The wood fired La Piccata pizza is great too! We also ordered Pennoni and Pennete spaghetti. The wines and deserts must be good too. Will try next time. Great dining atmosphere and service. Only thing is we don’t know Italian so must missing some good things, like the proverb on the wall and good food on the menu.

Recently, I had the privilege of dining at Bottega Italia, and I can confidently say it was an experience that outshone many others. A sanctuary for Italian cuisine lovers, this restaurant offered an experience that was as pleasing to the palate as it was to the eye.

Impressive Italian, bring your nonna! Best Bolognese I’ve EVER had. We ordered a calzone at the recommendation of some delighted guests who were leaving as we arrived and it was also beyond expectation. Didn’t want the meal to be over so we had a piece of mixed berry tart and illy double espresso. Everything was fantastic.

I can’t express how much I love this place! Perfect location in the middle of Old Town Temecula, really good service and food to remember. I’ve been back twice and I’m officially a fan. We had the Pennoni Di Gragnano Al Pomodoro Fresco e Basilico & the Butcher Pizza.

Nice casual… dress up or not. We were a party of 8 and had a perfect table tucked to the side so we could just enjoy the company and food. Not much more to say. The seafood pasta was yummy! But they said it’s no longer on the regular menu so we were lucky it was the special last night. Bread was perfectly baked. Soft inside and the crust had a nice crunch to enjoy with the oil and vinegar

In this part of SoCal for the fist time; my friends picked this place and honestly I couldn’t have been happier. The ambiance was as simple but inviting. Our server/bartender Rochelle was awesome; she knew her drinks and what she recommended was amazing. The food was equally delicious. We had the bruschetta, eggplant rollatine, and diavola puzza. As a Boston Italian I was very impressed. Definitely will go back next time out west and recommend you try it too!

I’m Italian, from a town near Naples, where pizza comes from, so I’m very picky about Italian food, especially pizza. I can definitely say that this is the best pizza I’ve ever had in US. The cook is Neapolitan and I can tell you from the texture of the dough, that is exactly like a pizza in Naples. On top of that, the ingredients are so fresh and tasty, and the mozzarella di bufala reminds me home (I tried different mozzarella in California and this has never happened before). Everything is perfect, no marinara sauce (that is a shame on a pizza), no garlic or spices labeled as “Italian” (we don’t have anything like that in Italy, especially on a pizza), but a simple tomato sauce with evo oil. We ordered fried calamari too and I was shocked by the tenderness and freshness of the fish, I was crying for being so happy! This place is our Italian spot every time my friends and I want to feel at home. The owner is friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is exactly as an Italian restaurant in Italy. Strongly recommended! Davvero complimenti, a presto!

Very authentic southern Italian food. Pizza is moist as opposed typical drier. Great attentive service. It’s a very popular restaurant that doesn’t take reservation. We arrived at 6 pm and waited for 30 mins to be seated. When we were leaving at 8 pm, there was a long time outside the restaurant. So get there early!

Pretty much all the food we ordered was really tasty, only thing was the scallops were a little fishy… bummer, but the shrimp appetizer and the empanadas were great! Salad was good too a little too much cheese for us lol
