I completely agree. I and my family went and were expecting a great experience; however the food was dry, the ribs were dry and overcooked, the chicken had so much smoke flavor that it tasted as if they used a tablespoon of cheap knockoff artificial smoke flavor. They definitely need to smoke the chicken far less. We bought a groupon from them as well and it said it was for 4 – 6 people. the portions were for roughly 4 -6 seven year olds. We had to add some leftovers from our fridge to compensate for our takeout from Bottley’s BBQ. …… If this wasn’t the worst the service was horrible. We waited for roughly 30 mins till the business person who set up groupon for this establishment had to come to the shop to redeem our purchase because everyone who worked there had old flip phones who couldn’t redeem the purchase. Mind you, the individuals behind the counter didn’t know that they have to scan the barcode with a smart phone. They told us to just click the “redeem now” manually which would have invalidated it before they scanned it. Sure they could have just clicked the redeem button on our phone but they didn’t know if that would work. I can’t believe how untrained the staff are. I hope they change their act because I wont be going back until I hear better reviews after this one.

this place was so nasty. NASTY. I bought a Groupon. the people were so clueless. like you had to agree to selling your stuff on Groupon. when i walked in they were looking at it like they didnt know what they were looking at and they were rude. ……..all the food looked and taste like out a package. the ribs had no meat, they were so dried and over cooked. looked like it sat out for a long time and then they just added bbq sauce. the chicken looked like a Old rotisserie chicken that was chopped up so wrong. The chicken was very very dry. it looked like it sat in the fridge for a week. The beans and potato salad had to be from the can and box. The corn bread was so dried out. So hard. We couldn’t even eat the food. I wasn’t about to let my family eat and take the chance of getting sick off that overdue food. We just tossed and went out. We ordered bottleys to stay in but we were so mad and disappointed that we just went out. Never again would we go there.

The links are HORRIBLE! I specifically asked if the mac n cheese was home made with real cheese and the lady lied to my face. Velveeta is NOT real cheese! This was a waste of money. The links taste like mushy baby food in a casing. Im disgusted.

The best BBQ I’ve had in Califronia. I recommend the bbq ribs and brisket dinner because te meat is tender and juicy. The family that runs it makes you feel welcome as soon as you come in.
