Made a Boudin run in Baton Rouge. I’m picky about my boudin. I’m from Pointe Coupee and we dont play about our food. I was near LSU so I went to the Boudin Shack as was recommended. ❤️ the gas station combo. Cute decor. Friendly service. It was hot they are fixing the a/c.

You HAVE to try this place if you haven’t already! This is what Baton Rouge needed; another business that offers great BOUDIN! This place, by far, tops all others that I have visited. Excellent customer service, great selection of hot items and meats to take home. I ordered the Boundin Biscuit and I was hooked! The Boudin is D-Li-Cious!!!!! Check back for new items…They are always coming up with another great idea! I Love This Place!

I went on 5/9/23. Definitely worth stopping by and trying. I got the pepper jack boudin balls in addition to the fried fish. Well seasoned and fresh. Store was also clean. Prices are reasonable. Darius/Daniel (I apologize can’t remember his name) was the clerk. Super helpful and professional. I’ll be back.

The best boudin in town! While I love my sweet Baton Rouge, nothing comes close to the boudin from back home in Acadiana…well, until Boudin Shack! Our family loved their boudin ball platter at our Christmas party this year. Not one person could eat just one, or two for that matter.
