Food is adequate. Service is terrible. Will never order from this restaurant again. I’ve never picked up a take out order where everything wasn’t in the bag – ie napkins, forks, fortune cookies, soy sauce, etc. When I called to ask why, I was told that it was my fault for not asking. What?

Delicious quality food and fast delivery. Small eat in or take out. Very nice owners. I love the new items, variety of Japanese style Noodle Soups are delicious, big portions! Also Udon Noodles Stir Fry. Also new items added to their regular menu which is unique. I live close so I order from here 1 to 2 times a week.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because the food taste was rather good, but the person that answered the phone to take my order seemed a bit rude or maybe he wasn’t in the mood to be there today. I do believe the person taking orders and dealing directly with the customers should have a positive attitude. You want them to return to your business so it would make sense to be positive and appreciative of all customers. Even when I went to pick it up, the guy had a blank stare at me ♂️

I don’t always understand why people write these reviews that Chinese Take Out places are not nice or rude. You don’t go to Chinese Take out to make friends, they cook the food and you eat it…its pretty simple, if it you don’t like the food, don’t go back. Ive ordered from this place 3 times and so far I’m pleased. The food taste fresh, not too greasy and very flavorful. I’m sure if I asked for something I wasn’t entitled to or made a big deal about something I would have a situation on my hands where someone is yelling at me in a language I don’t understand. Maybe an order gets mixed up and that can happen anywhere. I’m not giving 5 stars only because its not anything more than I expect from good Chinese food…but it certainly is a good option for lunch on any given day in my book.

Ordered pork egg foo young with no onions, I get the delivery and its pork lo mein with no onions,. I order from them at least 35 times a year pork egg foo young with no onions. When I called to ask for my correct order I was told sorry thats why I repeat myself. I honestly did not hear him say pork lo mein, I have very bad hearing so I ask ok can you deliver me egg foo young like I asked for and was told it is a 15.00 min, so I explained that you guys messed up my order why should I have to meet the 15.00 min. and was basically told .. too bad very rudely,.. I will never order from them again. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND SERVICE.

Ordered from Boulevard Chinese Restaurant today. Very happy with the experience. Ordered online and they called to confirm order since it was my first. Also, let me know that duck was unavailable due to current situation and asked what I would like instead. Delivery was faster than predicted. Food was tasty and good portions.
