Food quality is basic and lacks flavor. The bread is fresh but not much else. Everything on the menu is priced 30-40% over what I’d expect. The staff are polite but need more training on using the equipment, POS, and basic cooking skills like how to get a good sear, how to toast and compose a sandwich without letting it get soggy, etc…

Service was fast and friendly. However, our food was not good. We did a pick up order and my sandwich has the wrong bread and very little apple (1 of 3 fillings I selected). Additionally, there was avocado smeared on my bread, box, and tissue paper separating my chips from my sandwich. This is an issue because I am allergic to avocado and did not order it. My wife’s sandwich was cold (including the bread) as though it had been refrigerated. As such, the bread was somewhat stale. The buffalo hummus was bland and the sandwich had very little avocado on it (she wanted the avocado). At $15 each, these sandwiches were very disappointing.

Very classy and predictably tasty. Great breakfast sandwiches, some not for the feint of heart. Friendly and engaged staff. Easy parking. You do have to stand in line to place and order, but don’t let that stop you. The dining area is pleasant and the food is worth it.

Unfortunately, this place has become a disappointment. I used to take people that were visiting from out of town, but no more. Recently, I got a roast beef sandwich with bad meat, brown and going stale. Then got a salad, so bad. The dressing was nonexistent, usually they put it on the side, but a drop was put on the top of my to go order. Stick with baked goods from here.

I love bountiful bread. Esp the one in albany. The one in schdy is just different. The one in schdy is always messing something up or the food looks/ taste different. Parking sucks as well.

I have been extremely disappointed with their services lately. Since they have opened, my colleagues and I always ordered from them. However, gradually the portions are getting extremely smaller and the prices are a bit expensive. Needless to say it may be a while before I will return. The quality the portion and the quantity have to go hand-in-hand.

Listen we love their breads!But we always go there at 3pm to get half price bread,we usually get about 6 loafs and put them in the refrigerator and give them to our elderly friends.Our drive is 1 hour to get bread,today when we went there they said the bread will not be half off until after 6pm.We won’t be going there any more !Can’t afford getting all that bread for family and friends.We are sad!

Very good, always fresh, always great places to sit both inside and out. The outdoor seating in the back is a hidden gem also. Great sized portions, better than eating at a corporate chain like Panera.
