Bourbon does have some tasty Bourbons on the shelf. Has a good atmosphere, the cocktails, local beers, and wine are great. But I have to say some of the best Fried chicken in town. The crust is crunchy. The Chicken might be marinaded pickle juice? The barbecue has deep smoky flavor to it, and the pulled pork was very tender and juicy. Lots of sides too choose from. You got to get there early or the Burtons are gone.

Very solid restaurant and bar. but can be a little bit sleepy on weekdays. For lunch on Wednesday, there were 4-5 tables w people. Service was friendly and quick. Pretty modern layout with a nice deck that has about five or six tables with nice open sliding doors hosting 4 hi-tops just inside.

Brisket was a bit dry. Hush puppies were amazing. Burnt ends were interesting. beers were great, Toddy and CBC were amazing- recommended. Barbequbano was very flavourful and good sized. Our servers were excellent . Very accomodating and friendly.

Very relaxed atmosphere. The food was good. So far, I have tried the brisket (very good), pulled pork (good but a little dry), ribs (very good), and chicken (also quite good). I am a fan of good collard greens, and bourbon has them! Their baked beans were pretty exceptional the one time I had them as well.

We stopped in for a late lunch and were very pleased with the food and service. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a nice chat with the friendly man serving drinks. As strangers we had lots of questions about the area which he was happy to answer. He gave good advice about food, especially the delicious burnt ends – delicious. I’d happily eat there again.
