I love steaks. I went to this restaurant to try their grilled steaks. I always like my meat at medium rare but they totally missed it. They got mine to medium well but I still like it. The flavor was good, well seasoned and well balanced. I don’t really need for a steak sauce. I enjoyed eating it. The sides were delicious too. The dessert of apple pie a la mode was good. It wasn’t too sweet, just the right level. My server was so accommodating and made sure I was well taken care. I gave it a 5/5. Would definitely recommend it.

Appetizers were good, bread is good, main meal was decent. However, our waiter was too busy visiting with women in another booth and forgot about us multiple times. We had to make him stop when passing by to take our appetizer orders, and our meal order was the same situation . We saw the dessert that came out so ordered some to go and the portions were literally half of the portions served in the restaurant.

After waiting 13 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, after being sat immediately, with an Open Table reservation, things proceeded nicely. Fresh bread & soft butter. Sea scallops & a filet, followed by the house specialty raspberry pie. I walked by a table with the bread pudding, not sure how it tasted, but 3X the portion of the raspberry pie, which was nothing special. Very nice service team, quick on beverage refills. Great window table to watch the sunset.

Great price, great food. Great atmosphere. Definitely will go back here in the future. I had a steak. Was cooked perfect and the wife had steak and lobster. Those also were perfect. Had spinach balls they were always good. The guacamole and chips were pretty good. The guacamole didn’t have that much flavor but still was good.

For a ‘high end’ restaurant it was disappointing to have a $14 glass of Pinot noir served in a generic white wine glass. Although the food was tasty, they fry everything. The decor and atmosphere is very dated. Lots of windows, but the tables are so low you can’t see out of them. Too expensive for the quality.

The food is decent, the service is okay which is an improvement from when I last went about 8 months ago. They’re borrowing too much off the menu of the old Steak Smith. atmosphere is not bad it’s just dated and you’re still exactly the way it was when it was the latter business. this place has great potential but they really need to improve their food to justify the cost. Bar service is good though!
