From the moment one walks in to Bourbon Steak, the experience is highly curated and professional. The servers are knowledgeable, attentive and courteous – and most importantly, not overbearing. My Old Fashioned was potent yet smooth. And then there’s the food! Seasoned fries with dipping sauces at the table (in lieu of bread) is a great starter. I had the 8oz Filet and it, like every other main on the table was prepared to perfection. My only note to this wonderful establishment is that when the room fills even to two-thirds, the noise can be a bit challenging for polite conversation. This, I suppose, is a small price to pay for eating at such a wonderful eatery.
