I visited Bouser’s Barn for lunch alone on Tuesday, June 15 and I was not disappointed with anything. The waitress was very efficient and polite. The homemade Vegetable Beef soup and the grilled cheese with onion were delicious and just the right temperature. The unsweetened tea was perfect. The total meal was $16 including a nice tip. I will definitely go back.

Went to Winchester to eat at Mrs Wicks and was very disappointed to find they now close at 2. I was born in Union City and found Bousers Barn online by default the online pictures looked cool so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed. The food was good the place was very clean and the atmosphere is definitely worth the trip. The outside bathroom thing was a little weird but not a deterrent. It’s a small place but very adequate. We will be back.

This is a quaint little place, just a little off the beaten path. I stopped by on a whim and I am so glad that I did! It’s a family owned business that is maintained by the second generation. The food is mostly family recipes that are absolutely delightful. If you like sweet in your pickles eggs and beets, they are most definitely a must try! The owner served me and I felt like I was at home. He is very warm and sincere and the service was prompt and timely. If you are in the area, you can’t go wrong with a stop @ the barn.

Made our annual trip to Winchester. We’d eaten over there several years in a row and decided to look around the area. This looked too cool to pass up so we went out of our way to make it over here. What a classic small town local restaurant! Things are just so simple, I love it. The decoration is very fun, it’s clean, the outside is well maintained, even the old school bathrooms (outside and at the rear of the building) are clean and maintained. Good food and personable service! Thanks for being a great establishment!

I loved there Fried Chicken… little gorgeous restaurant managed by a beautiful and friendly couple. The walls are decorated with memory lane and you get a crash course by the gentleman that attends the place. They had several options in tge menu but I had to try the fried chicken cause locals raved about it, I was not disappointed very affordable and delicious great combination. I will stop by every time my travels take me through that neighborhood need to try the rest of that delicious menu. Thank you to the couple running the place made me feel very welcomed
