BIG Cheetos
If you want an old classic sea food restaurant this is the place for you. Unreal fresh seafood with amazing scallops, shrimp, lobster, and Clams. My highlight was most definitely the escargo. The oily juice on the bottom is like a firework in my mouth.

We ate here on the occasion of our 25th Anniversary. We had just come from a Rip Van Winkle cruise & looking forward to a nice lunch. We weren’t disappointed. Hubby had the crab cakes & I had the salmon with a side salad. The salmon was broiled. I need to remember to ask for slightly rare but otherwise good. The salad was delicious. Fresh greens with a fantastic sun dried tomato vinaigrette. I like to try new things & although I am not overly fond of sun dried this dressing was sooo good that I asked for extra. The crab cakes were sizeable & Hubby took one home. I tried it at home & enjoyed it as well.

I was in Kingston doing errands recently and decided to try the bowery dugout. As you walk in, the bar is the first thing you see. I love eating at the bar, so I took a seat. They had shrimp arrancini as an appetizer. In a word, delicious. Crisp exterior, soft cheesy interior with diced shrimp served with a nice marinara. I had the chef salad with grilled chicken and Bleu cheese dressing. Nice fresh greens with assorted vegetables and warm, nicely grilled chicken breast. The dressing appeared to be house made, lots of chunky Bleu cheese throughout. Nice place, good food, good service and reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go back.

Terrible. We drove here on a recommendation 15 minutes away with a party of 4. BEST part of the restaurant is our server Christine who is amazing. We ordered multiple items and all were SUPER subpar. Clam Chowder Soup terrible Crab cake terrible. Chef needs to travel more and refine their idea of what great is. KUDOS Christine
