Bowl of Asia is a great local spot for Asian cuisine. It’s a family-friendly place, but seating can be an issue on Friday and Saturday. There can easily be a line. But service is relatively quick, and the wait is usually worth it. My favorite so far is the coconut shrimp appetizer!

We were sat for a good 20 minutes with no acknowledgment from the waitress, yet the table behind us, which was sat after us, were immediately acknowledged and without hesitation from the waitress had waters, beers and their orders taken. We attempted to get her attention more than once in which she flipped her hand in a waving motion at us, but never once spoke to us. We were happy to take our business elsewhere.

Was great until they took scissors to the menu. While we were there last, we watched two tables leave and many others complain at removing the Thai and Vietnamese menu items. The specials board was full of things you could no longer order and we had menus that differed from each other’s.

For that little town, you couldn’t ask for a better oriental restaurant. The sushi was great and the grilled noodles were awesome and the atmosphere was pretty good. Service was really good. And the prices I felt for the service and the food quality was fair.

I like their sushi. I order takeout for lunch sometimes so I can’t speak to the staff or inside. The sushi is very expensive compared to what I am used to paying. But again, good. Bowl of Asia> Asianos on sushi.

Delicious! Try the California Roll to share as an appetizer, then the Yakiniku beef…. (steak with veggies over rice or noodles). We eat here at least once a week. You should also try the Kang Dang (curry) with shrimp and scallops… Thai basil bliss with a wonderful coconut sauce. Pho (Asian soup) is awesome, too. Check out the green tea, chocolate, mango, strawberry and vanilla mochi (ice desserts). Sushi is good, too.
