Spot on bibimbap. I’m excited this place finally opened. Will be coming back. If you’ve never had bibimbap before, it’s worth a try. In the photo, I got the #4 chicken teriyaki bowl with white rice, Cabbage kimchi, and red pepper sauce (spicy).

My hubby and I went to Bowl & Spoon this evening and ordered two dishes for take-out. We were walked through the ordering process, and then we shopped a little at Kate’s while waiting for our order. When we arrived home we could not wait to eat these bowls of food as they smelled delicious!!! We both ordered the chicken teriyaki with all the vegetables and we LOVED this immensely!!! We would highly recommend Bowl & Spoon —-Try it soon!!!

I had the best experience here! Song was kind and helpful. He made the best bowl of Bibimbap, it was like eating a home cooked meal in Korea. This restaurant is a real treasure, we are lucky to have it in Harrisonburg. I’m definitely going to be back.

I went to Bowl & Spoon to try something new in the Harrisonburg area. It was refreshing to see a new Asian restaurant open in the JMU area, and I’ve always liked bibimbap coming from a Korean family. I got the egg bibimbap, and it was freshly made with various vegetables, rice, and a medium-done egg. It was very delicious and reasonably priced for the order size. I hope to see Bowl & Spoon grow and I highly recommend bibimbap if you are looking for a healthy and delicious meal.

Americanized style of ordering, but good overall flavor although the gochujong was not as spicy as I like. Get the cabbage kimchi its NOT SPICY, the radish kimchi didn’t have good flavor
