Bowood by Niche is the latest concept by Chef Gerard Craft, located in the former home of Café Osage within Bowood Farms in the Central West End.
The newest addition to the Niche Food Group family offers elegantly simple breakfast, lunch, and dinner fare (with a nod to Italy) in a light-filled, urban garden oasis setting.

We made a reservation through Google and sat inside. The atmosphere was upscale relaxed. The music was fit for the setting and at an appropriate volume. The service was plesent and attentive. All the food was delicious. We shared chicken and waffles, a maple bacon salad, got our own pizza and our own Blueberry cobbler. Our leftover pizza which we had boxed up to go was worth driving back for after realizing we had left it on the table. A lovely date night spot. Will return in the future.

Nice atmosphere. We had the huge booth, so that was nice. Our server was great and did make things happen. Their menu is somehow limited and definitely heavy on ham and bacon, which, of course, limits what you will have if bacon or ham is not your thing. Luckily, our server accepted a slight change that made a difference in ordering or not.

We sat outside and had an absolutely lovely date night. We were greeted by friendly staff and explored the gorgeous plants they had throughout. Once we were seated in the beautiful outside area we orders drinks that were very tasty. The appetizers were delicious as was the burger and pizza. We really enjoyed everything about our dinner and we will surely be back to dine again.

Wow! This is one of the best restaurants in Saint Louis. They have very kind and professional waitresses, we enjoyed their recommendations. Appetizers, entrées and desserts was super! Fresh ingredients and nicely cooked with good quality materials. The environment was super relaxing and attractive, their plants add a taste of nature to their interior design. They don’t have a huge menu to confuse you, nice short and delicious menu. Parking is a little tricky, but they have valet.

This is my second time here and I forgot how good the pancakes where. They are fluffy with a crispy top to them ,you know what I mean if you’re a pancake parson .My Lady loves the potato salad sandwich she has gotten it both times. We went on memorial day so the wait was an hour. But the wait want that long the first time.During that hour they allow you to get drinks at their bar and look/shop around they’re beautiful nursery.

This is one of the best brunch places in St Louis! I took my family that is visiting and we all loved it! We ordered the eggs benedict, buttermilk pancakes and croque madame, everything was delicious! Very attentive staff, we were also 20 minutes late and they were able to accommodate us too.
