We are from Vancouver, BC and were visiting our daughter in Wallingford. She took us to this place for lunch and we loved it. This place is also dog friendly. It is a bit tricky to find, don’t be surprised that you have to walk through a gravel pathway. It was a chilly and windy afternoon but warmed up quickly by the natural gas heaters. The place is cozy and right by the water front of Lake Union. You can watch pleasure boats cruising by and float plane roaring off. Matt, the owner/grill chef/beer tender is very friendly and personable. I ordered grilled brisket sandwich which was yummy. My wife and daughter had salmon skewers. After lunch we took a short stroll to nearby Gas Work Park and it was a great and relaxing afternoon. Strongly recommended.

I looooove this place! The staff are some of the nicest people and I had the best salmon and shrimp skewers here. I was shocked by how juicy and perfectly cooked all the food was. We also got to sit at the shore of lake union and watch the city skyline and people watch boats that came by. Highly recommend.

We found this place by accident. Truly a hidden gem!! Matthew is incredibly nice! In addition to the delicious Salmon skewers and tacos, he offered us a mouthwatering red velvet cupcake and tea on the house!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Bowriders and it was incredible. Matthew and his team created an delicious spread of food that was a hit with all of our guests. The view was beautiful and the Bowriders team couldn’t have been more accommodating. It was the most seamless part of our wedding!

The atmosphere at Bowriders is amazing and it’s a wonderful place to get cheap drinks and enjoy a nice sunset on the water. I think that they have one of the best views and waterfront properties in all of Seattle.

When I can eat there I’ll change my review. On the website it says that boats can park there at 7pm. We get there at 7pm and we’re told it’s not until 8pm. Bummer. The menu was great and the place was nice. Only if we could get inside there. That’s why I will give it 2 stars. There is a takeout option, but that wasn’t what we wanted.

Hidden gem on lake union. It’s a little awkward to find off the street, but after walking down the long path you’ll be greeted by some of the best views in the city, and super welcoming staff. There’s a cool fire pit table that looks like a boat, or seating under cover if it’s raining.
