The worst experience of my life in any Resturant. my girlfriend little brother order kids gluten free tenders and steak fries. And my girlfriend ordered club sandwich no cheese and honey mustard instead of mayo. The sever brought back kids meal nothing on it gluten free. And her club sandwich had cheese after she bitten into it and ran to the bathroom.Then our sever had the nerve to say well no one wanted our services. And we don’t tip at the bar. And had a difficult time trying to get the owner number and name because our sever won’t give it to us and we gave our number and name and she said she the owner daughter. I’m am shock that someone had the nerve to poison my family because something that is not true. We never sat the bar and alway tip. I will try to reach out the owner. I gave our number but I’m stunned there people would do that nasty . If anyone has allergies I would double check your food here!! You never know.

Disappointing – we’ve loved Box Seats other locations but this was very sub-par. Burger was over cooked (ordered med-rare and it was medium to med-well) and eggplant parm…well, wish we had read earlier. Onion rings were undercooked and floury tasting. Food was sad overall. Won’t be back…

This place is a little on the small side, but has very good food. Nearly everything is gluten-free or can be made that way. Try the Cajun chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce. It’s delicious!

I was very excited to try this place I was a big fan of the old Alumni Restaurant. I was also the Assistant GM for about 3yrs so perhaps I’m a bit biased. We went in about 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon/evening. The menu choices were okay I was surprised that there were no specials. Our friend ordered the steak tips medium rare but they came out medium well to borderline well done. Staff was apologetic and replaced them but surprisingly no appeasement (even $5 off or a gift card for a future visit would have sufficed) was given for the steak tips. My wife ordered the clam chowder and it was not a good thick chowder and the potato in it was cold. I ordered pub chips for my side though cooked perfect the taste was very plain. Staff was not very personable. Maybe had we sat at the bar the experience would have been better, but even so I was able to see the bar very well from our booth there were multiple bartenders on but 1 of them just looked miserable and wanted to go home; again, I cant directly judge the bar because we didn’t sit there. All and all disappointing the atmosphere and the food couldn’t hold a candle to the previous restaurant. I live 20 minutes away so i’m not in the area all that much, but next time I’m in the area I think I’ll pass right by.

Went last night 1st time and it will be LAST.. The ‘cowboy chicken’ I ordered was disgusting, impossible to chew and looked like frozen chicken breast that went through a microwave. I would not comment on the ‘eggplant parmesan’ that my wife had because I could go for ever, yikes… The food was bad but the worse was the waitress behaviour, no people skills at all, looked annoyed at us, screwed up a simple order, did not offer to refill our water, did not bother to ask if we needed anything else and presented her with the addition with Pre-selected tip of 20%. Always have great food. Great prices. It’s not that expensive. I love almost everything on the menu. My favorite is the 3 cheese ravioli. There is a huge bar and a big dinning area. Plenty of space to eat with the family or just enjoy a sports game and drink at the bar. I will always keep coming back.

Showed up at 9pm and they already were running on a late night menu, all they had were pizza and fries. The bbq pizza was very mediocre and resembled something someone would make in their kitchen drunk. Also made my stomach upset the next day. Not a bad place if you just come for drinks but I would never go for the food.
