Had high hopes after recommendations on FB and was pretty disappointed. The bagel was decent, not the worst but definitely not the best. The western omelette had barely any cheese or ham and didn’t taste like much. The home fries looked like they’d been through a nuclear event. I didn’t even bother trying them, but my daughter did and said they were awful. I have to question a place that would even serve something looking so overdone. Might go back for the bagels if we happen to be in the area, but that’s about it. On another note, I’m really beginning to question people’s standard of good/great food around here-this isn’t the first time I’ve been to a restaurant people in the area have raved about, only to leave disappointed.

When I was employed with Dominion, I would go to Boychiks every time I went to Dominion’s Innsbrook corporate office. I remembered how much I loved seeing this man out on the sidewalk inviting people to come inside. I believe he might have been the owner of Boychiks. When I recently went there, he wasn’t there. I did inquire about him and was told he had passed away a few years ago.
