Really good homemade food. The owner is a joy. Very personable, and cares about the quality of her food, and her customers. Always willing to accommodate you with any dietary restrictions, or special requests. I used to bring my aging grandmother there after her doctor’s visits, and she always enjoyed it. She’s passed on now, but at least I have my good memories of her. I hope the owner knows how much of an impact her establishment made on my grandmother’s life, and also mine.

Reuben, most of their sandwiches come with Mac salad and pickles. $8.77 including tax. I ordered an Italian sandwich (Corleone) a couple years ago which was pretty good, so gave it another try. Mac salad is pretty good, and nice portion size. Came with a measly 2 slices of pickles. The sandwich was not very good this time around. The pastrami was almost all fat, super chewy and grisly, couldn’t even eat some of it. There was too much sauerkraut and not enough meat. The bread was fresh, crisp and delicious. Maybe having an off day but very disappointed with this.

I have lived around this area my whole life and always thought it looked like such a cute place to grab a sandwich! I finally made it in and it definitely exceeded my expectations! Rob and his wife were so friendly and personable and I highly recommend the veggie melt sandwich that I ordered! It was absolutely delicious! This spot is so quaint and cozy; it reminds me of something out of a Hallmark movie. I definitely recommend stopping in; you will not be disappointed!

The bread they use for their sandwiches really makes this deli a cut above the rest. I got four different sandwiches and all of them were absolutely delicious. Staff is super friendly and I will definitely come back!

This is a cute local cafe with a large menu and a nice pleasant vibe. I had the chicken salad and it was really good with some outstanding bread for the sandwich. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in town! Plus it’s next to the town’s common which is beautiful, especially in the fall (I recommend getting food to go from here and eating it in the park).

Decor is a little eccentric. Different building materials used and games and books scattered about. Seemed like it was once old local day care, patched over the years. Oddly though, a tad homey.
