Planned to eat here for lunch, but walked into the Holiday Inn lobby and saw the lights were off inside the restaurant. Asked one person at the desk if the Bracket Room was closed, They said yes and they would be back open at 3 PM. I asked if they are closed during lunch and the other person behind the desk did not even look at me and stated “Yes. Closed for lunch.”

The food was fabulous and service awesome and atmosphere wonderful. Went a second night. food was great again. Pizza second night cheeseburger first night and fries both nights well worth it an Rita the night bar tender Is friendly and gunny to talk with. the afternoon shift was also there to start and the boss and early bartender was also great. And the cook did a fantastic job. Thank you for ending the day with great food, drinks and company. Makes working and being away from home easier.

We have stayed in this hotel for two weeks in a row. We’ve had a mix of experiences here. But the worst was definitely from the server Rita in the bar one night. She barely acknowledged when I walked in and said she had two people in front of me and she’d be right with me. That’s fine I understand, except for she proceeded to wait on and ring out bills and refresh drinks for all six people sitting in the bar in front of me. Then she turned to wait in another group who came in after me, although they too have been waiting a very long time. Absolutely rude. If Rita is working, she will get no service from her unless you’re sitting at her bar. And it wasn’t about her being busy, she was obviously doing it deliberately.

The food was amazing. We had the chicken and waffles, club sandwich, and salad. Big portions, everything was delicious. The fries were amazing. While a club sandwich is often a generic menu item, this sandwich was really good. Fresh made food. Will definitely go back to try the pizza and burgers.

I work at the hospital down the street from here. Wednesday and Thursday the weather was bad so a bunch of us got put up in the hotel so we can get to work. The Bracket Room was going to close early but they stayed open for us to enjoy our time and drink and eat. The bartender and cook were awesome. They were friendly and very polite. I highly recommend this place. I would give 10 stars if I could. Good food and great atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful time

We’re talking about a hidden gem complete with a warm and welcoming staff, serving drinks filled to the brim, all in the clean/COVID-19 friendly environment. Not much more to ask for in my opinion. Highly recommend the Bracket Room!
