Oh man. We love exploring food trucks in the quad cities and this may be our new favorite. The smoked turkey leg was tender and SO incredibly flavorful. Brisket was tender with the good kind of fat, a good variety of lean and fatty pieces. My Virginia-born fiancé thumbs-upped it all, especially the candied yams and collard greens. They even let us sample the smoked mac and cheese while we were waiting – a unique yet super savory and delicious side! Bummed they ran out of the peach cobbler early, but we’ll go early next time to snag it. Service was quick and personable, and all was reasonably priced. Will definitely eat here again!

This was my fiancé’s and I first time trying Bragg BBQ. The service was very fast and the food was AMAZING. Very flavorful. If you try one thing, let it be the peach cobbler. Best we have ever had. We will definitely be back!!!

This stuff is so good. This is the 3rd time we’ve had BRAGG’S BBQ. They haven’t ever failed us. Today we had pulled pork and the Mac for a side. Previously we’ve had their wings and baked beans. Everything is always just right, texture, flavor, and no photo does it justice. I’m looking forward to trying more on their menu. My son (Senior in high school) is a fan of your pulled pork. My youngest likes your Mac.

Pretty good, but not great. Brisket was moist and good tasting but not a very large serving. Rib tips had good flavor but were rather gristly. I’d might again if in the mood for quick BBQ, but nothing I’ll likely make part of my normal rotation. Staff was very friendly and service was quick.

I would recommend this place! Food is wonderful. The Smoked Mac has a good spice as well as the Collard Greens. Brisket has a good blend of fat and is not dry.

The rib tips were awesome, a nice sweet and spicy bbq sauce, smoked Mac and cheese actually had flavor to it was pretty good, about the only disappointment was the baked beans were okay, but as far complaints go that’s mild, will definitely go again.
