I have been going to this establishment for many years. Both locations are fantastic. The owner Joy passed away, so the community & I will miss her greatly! This location used to be Keystone Cafe many years ago. At today’s meetup group there were 10 of us. We all loved the atmosphere, our server Leslie & the food. I didn’t do my Google Guide job by going around & asking folks if I could take photos of their food, because I didn’t want to be rude, so I snuck some photo taking of folks plates who sat close to me. I can tell you it all looked SUPER delicious, especially the Chicken & Waffles & the Benedict. My order was the yummy Breakfast Sandwich, on an English Muffin with Cheddar, Crispy Bacon & my normal Egg over hard, pop the yolk. It came with Hash Browns & I had Decaf Coffee too. My Sandwich was tasty & the Bacon was thick, not salty & crunchy! We all had a fantastic Meetup & I will for sure be back to order the Benedict. Thank you to Leslie our server, she never missed a beat & she said she was new, but I thought she had worked there for years, because she was very delightful & handled our large group with grace. ♡

I am visiting from Boston. The waffle I had was the best waffle I have ever had it was so light and fluffy and extremely big. The bacon was a tad bit under cooked for me but I do like my bacon extremely crispy. The egg was exactly as I like it. The service was very good, and everyone was super nice. Overall I loved this place. But I would try and arrive early because it fills up very fast.

We only had 30 min to spare. Got seated immediately. Food was good and a server that looks like Evangeline Lilly? What could go wrong? Thanks. Saw your ad that say fast service and fast it is. Highly recommend.

I usually love coming to Brails. Can’t say enough about the wonderful menu and service. My husband has several favorites from the drink menu and we both love most of the food items we have tried, and there is a lot to choose from. I would normally give this place more stars but was disappointed today. On this day I decided to take a chance and try something I’ve never had before: Chicken & Waffle. The waffle was good, though I am not

Brail’s is a regular go-to for our family, their service is always exceptional and their food is always incredible. Recently we had to call after we got our order home to eat over some minor troubles. The restaurant was so kind and understanding, five minutes after getting off the phone the manager called us to ask where to send a gift card as they appreciated us reaching out, which was so unexpected! I’d never had a restaurant take the time to listen to what I said and reach out to make sure even when the issue was corrected we were well taken care of. We’ve been back three times since, and I can’t see myself ever not being a Brail’s lover!

Went to the 5th Street location. Weekdays are the best time to avoid crowds. Everything came out as planned. Really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy side. Eggs cooked to my order. Service was good and checked in after we got some bites into our food.
