The food was amazing, and the atmosphere and decor were awesome . Our waitress seemed a little overwhelmed. However, she did an excellent job providing us with a memorable birthday celebration. We will definitely recommend this restaurant, and we will be back. We had a few issues, but the host went above and beyond to correct it.

My new fav night out restaurant/bar and so excited they are in our sweet town of Tulare! Love the menu options, decor/layout, quality of food, service and everyone we encountered were soooo nice. It was such a pleasant evening with delishous food and drinks. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but I don’t mind paying for a classy alternative in our sweet city.

Basically everything on the menu ,including the desserts, are Gluten Free/Celiac Friendly. They also have a lot of options for mocktails as well.

The staff is very friendly and service was excellent. The table was a little too close to the people next to us. We could hear everything they said and we could’ve shared plates with how close they were, barely enough room for the server to stand between us. The food was very good, we had the empanada trio with shrimp, filet mignon, and pork belly, and the house salad, french onion soup, ribeye and lamb lollipops. The shrimp empanada was the best, the pork belly second and the filet seemed to taste more like ground beef. The ribeye was cooked perfectly but the lamb lollipops were the best part of the meal! They were so good! Would definitely go back but probably be asked to sit somewhere with a little more room and not waste our time with salad and soup.

I ordered the surf and turf, $60 Ribeye, Salmon, and 2 mixed drinks. To start, I had the surf and turf (shrimp skewered on top of pork belly). The shrimp lacked seasoning, and the pork belly needs some spiciness in it life, lol. I had the $60 Ribeye, which was cooked to perfect medium rare (complements to the chef). Anyone who asks for it to be cooked well should just stick to eating beef jerkey, lol. My wife had the salmon with the quinoa risotto it was delicious. The mixed drinks were so good and for dessert we had the bread pudding which was ok it needs some condensed milk and alcohol. I am definitely going back to try other things on the menu. But please, fix the surf and turf and the bread pudding.

Loved loved loved it! Went there for my birthday dinner. It is pricey, but that’s because the food is top notch! I’m coming back for these pork belly and shrimp skewers!

Dining with co-workers all of us from out of town, we shared a sushi roll that was exquisite. I had the braised salmon which was amazing and my friend Luis is Peruvian, he told us this place has the authentic Peruvian experience and proved it to us by ordering a seared heart for dessert… to each his own but this place was amazing and our boss brought home a dozen hand-made confections for his wife you can pick out these edible works of art to enjoy on site or take home.

Amazing food and great service. My husband has many allergies and I’m vegetarian which makes dining out a challenge but they accommodated us so well — even the bread at the beginning was gluten free! Michelin star restaurants that we’ve been to don’t even accommodate us that well! All of the desserts were also gluten free! The food was great both in taste and presentation.

I really wanted to love this place! I love the atmosphere and the menu concept is really great. This is the type of restaurant that I love. Unfortunately the execution did not live up to the hype. To start they brought out their house rolls. The rolls varied in size and it was obvious that the rolls did not rise. They were hard as rocks and lacked any flavor besides flour. I ordered their braised rabbit gnocchi. It was lacking salt and overall flavor. We also tried the salmon and the braised short rib which were also desperately lacking salt. For dessert we tried the rice pudding. It did not deviate much from the rest of the food and was lacking flavor. For being a “fine dining” style restaurant I expected much better food. The highlight was the drinks, which were very good. I hope they can work through it and develop into a great restaurant but they are not there yet. Tulare needs a nice restaurant like this and I hope they use the criticism to improve. They already have a following of people who are just excited to have this restaurant in town so if the food can improve they will be very successful.

I’ll give it 4 stars in expectation they’ll soon live up to it. Being as they’ve only been open 4 days it’s tough to be too critical. Concept is good, but execution isn’t nearly there. 1hr between drinks, unacceptable. Chorizo burger was charred to a crisp, flavorless and served cold. Ribeye was awful (seriously) wasnt even seared. Boiled perhaps?. Short rib was ok, but like everything we tried on the menu, no flavor or depth, and a desperate lack of SALT. Overall food was quite bland and under seasoned but hopefully once staff settles in, it will get better. Desserts were hit or miss. Tiramisu was the winner, Maccaron is a no go, rice pudding had the right texture but no flavor at all except for a light dusting of cinnamon on top(3 of 4 people at the table had no interest beyond the 1st bite). Price for 4 people was $430 so you’re looking at around $100/hd. For that type of money, this place has a LOT of work to do. Bus staff was on point, water glasses were continuously filled, which was needed waiting 1hr for drinks. Waitress was very friendly and personable, even if continually M.I.A. We’ll give it some time, but we’ll try again. Restaurant is beautiful, menu concept is great. I’m hoping they dial in the flavor and service over time as Tulare desperately needs the Restaurant they aspire to be. Happy to have them in town and reluctant to be this critical, but thought they should hear some real feedback.
