What a wonderful place! I had never been, and I can say I was overwhelmed with the fry fries, I got the loaded fries, and the shape of them threw me off! So unbelievably good! The burgers tasted amazing, and were full of flavor! Our waitress was a sweetheart, and even the cook went out of his way to make sure our order was right. I didn’t get to see a train go by though! Love that place now though.

10 minutes to even get a drink after we sat down, when the waitress came through she asked how we wanted our burgers cooked…during a lunch rush we always get a temperature lower than what we want so we get the meat cooked how we like…don’t ask me how I want it cooked if you’re going to OVER cook that frozen patty! We also asked for the loaded fries…more like sprinkled fries. For a “craft” burger joint, I better get my $15 plus monies worth, we didn’t!! Taste was average, had better.

We really wanted to enjoy this place but were disappointed. I ordered the cookies and cream shake which was very good, but our server forgot to get our food order. Once we finally were able to order, and our food came, the Southwest burger had only 2 minimal bits of pulled pork and no lettuce or tomato. The top bun came with a glob of sauce on it. See photos. My wife’s wild mushroom burger was good and her fries were excellent. Our server was slow to take care of us and just mediocre at best. The environment would be nice if it had something to dampen the loudness of other customers. Cement floor and high ceilings make any noise exceptionally loud. Nice historical building but having a conversation at our table was difficult.

Really cool atmosphere and you get to watch trains go by as you eat! The menu is limited but the burgers were really good and there’s a good variety to choose from. Our waitress and everyone else there was super nice. The kitchen staff even greeted us goodbye as we left! So welcoming 🙂 10/10

Such a neat eatery with delicious food in the old train depot. Our waitress was Kylee and she was so smiley and friendly. She kept up on refills without asking and the food came out pretty fast. One of the best waitresses we’ve had in a while for sure. We tried the Depot Burger with Onion Rings and the Loaded Pullman Fries everything was soooo good! It was our first time in and we’ll definitely be back for more!

Creative and delicious burgers and fries. A great setting in the old Rio Grande train station with a view of the tracks and Pike’s Peak in the background. Each west window displays the name of a passenger train that once served Colorado, such as the Colorado Eagle, Royal Gorge, California Zephyr, etc. Prompt and friendly service.

First of all smiles when we first walked in. All the servers greeted us right away. Bekah was our server and she was outstanding! She checked on us frequently and also helped us decide on items from the menu. It was hard to decide because everything sounded delicious! We chose the Wagyu and Smokehouse burgers, onion rings and ordered bone in wings to go. We highly recommend this place! It was also nice to see the Manager very engaged throughout the restaurant!❤

Sevana did an excellent job. The burger was excellent. I ordered the Depot burger and I wasn’t disappointed. The fries was a little different but tastes good. My four year old has never finished a whole pizza, she did finish this one. We had to get more to go. They have a great view of the mountains.Overall…. It was a great experience/ service.
