Ordered from here and have several times but got two completely different pizzas the last order. When I called back to rectify the issue the manager on duty was very rude and told me “Thats what I ordered” and that “they were too busy to correct it and would give me a refund” that was Friday. Still no refund to have to order from another place to get the correct pizza. This is not the day and age to waste peoples hard earned money no matter if its .10 cents or $100.

My boyfriend works out of town and was in CT for our anniversary. I called Branford Pizza and asked if they could do a pizza with pepperoni in the shape of a heart and deliver it to his hotel. They went above and beyond and shaped the whole pizza like a heart and wrote on the box! Boyfriend says the pizza is good and the people are definitely awesome!

Instead of checking reviews, I ordered off a menu one of my co-workers had left at the office. The pizza arrived looking like and heated like it had just been removed from the freezer. To say it was “warm” would be generous, too generous. I’ve always said I’ve never met a pizza I didn’t like. I now need a new saying. Not hot, not even brown. Mostly tan….and unappetizing.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars ordering from Branford Pizza over time, but the last service was unforgivable. I will never order from Branford Pizza again! I wish I could give them less than one star! Their delivery driver was incredibly rude, he delivered the wrong food, yelled at me, then hit my car on the way out (and ran)! When I called they manager of the restaurant, he tried to cover for the driver by saying it the driver said none of it happened! I have it on my security footage! This place is scummy. The food is nothing special.

The pizza was delicious but maybe I’m biased since I moved from Utah where pizza is ok. The steak sandwiches were good too. The owner was very friendly and the staff that were taking my order could be a bit friendlier like the owners but overall would recommend this place.

This place is a joke. I don’t know how it’s still open. I ordered onion rings and a steak grinder on Uber. Total was 25 bucks for both. The steak grinder barely had steak. It was all burnt veggies and a pound of lettuce. It looks like he shredded the steak into tiny bits. The onion rings were burnt. I threw them away. I felt nauseous and sick for the rest of the day. Unbelievable.

I don’t know about other people’s experiences with this place but mine so far were fine. Nice place run by two chill elderly people who make some good pizza for good prices. Pizza exceeded my expectations for its price and wings were very good. Ordered through phone and picked it up; everything was right. Besides all of the terrible reviews mostly from delivery orders, pick ups are good.

I usually don’t give people 1 star but this place is bad. The pizza was physically just dried clams on dried dough. If it was once, i would give them the “benefit of the doubt”, but at least twice or three times on me.

My boyfriend went in and got 2 slices of pizza and had conversation with the owner about how we were visiting Branford and live over an hour away. The total came to $6, he handed the owner a $20 and later realized he only got a few singles back. Could be a mix up but a little odd that the owner can’t count change correctly… or maybe he knew we wouldn’t be back in the area to get our money back

I ordered clam casino Pizza which supposed to have clam, bacon and garlic, INSTEAD they put green pepper and onion in place of garlic. Very dry pizza without oil. Doesn’t taste good. Very disappointed.
