My husband and I are not big drinkers, but we are trying to get out of our comfort zone. In addition to our food, we ordered a flight. The employee helping us chose the beers for us (per our request), explained how each one was going to taste, and even gave us a sticky note with each of the names so we wouldn’t forget.

Good beer and good vibes. They weren’t very busy when I came. It still took about 45 minutes to receive my order of one burger. The burger tasted great…but it was so hilariously small. Ended up going somewhere else afterwards because I was still hungry.

I’ve been to this place many times. A little hard to find even when standing right out front, but well worth the effort. Walk down a narrow pathway between two buildings and Brass Bear is at the rear with a large, open seating area under the shade of trees and umbrellas. Small but delicious menu… I usually order off the “specials” menu. Friendly, helpful, informative staff. I visit SBA about once a month and visit Brass Bear every time I’m here.

Co-workers love to come to lunch here since it is close to our office. The food and drinks are delicious. I always get the chicken or tri-tip skewers. They are both delicious. I also go for a double side of salad (Bed of Greens). The salad is delicious. We keep going back for more.
