I am from California and my son is an executive chef so I know food. This European Diamond is a real find. I ate the veal schnitzel and it was terrific. Served with a warm cabbage and home made noodles it could not have been better. The veal was served hot and crispy as a good schnitzel should be. The warm cabbage was to die for. Also the chef owner Armand is present and in the kitchen which is very clean. He comes out and greets the guests warmly. Don’t miss the European gem in Saratoga.

Wandered into restaurant without knowing anything about it. My friend and I had one of our best dining experiences ever. Loved the European flair to the cuisine. The wait staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. In addition, the prices were very reasonable for such gourmet quality. Looking forward to dining there again soon.

Food was underwhelming. My salmon was overcooked. Staff was polite but we did have to ask for water 3 times, and had to ask for to go containers. In general staff didn’t feel very attentive even with the resturant being pretty empty. They didn’t take our appetizer plates and tried serving us entrees with the app plates still on the table so we felt obligated to stack and move them to make space. Best dish was the desserts which were all amazing.

Wonderful selection of European beers and wine. The food, which is inspired by the chefs worldly travels is a great addition to Saratoga Springs! Everything on the menu looks delicious and fresh. They even use locally sourced ingredients which I admire. Service and atmosphere are warm and inviting.

The best German food in the area. The potato pancakes were delicious. Extensive menu. Did not get entrees but a few shared plates with soups. The potato leek soup was excellent. Lots of GF and Vegan options. Staff was super friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Brasserie Benelux in the Saratoga Room for 27 guests a few days ago. Armand and Tatty were beyond accommodating from start to finish. They were collaborative in menu development, navigated dietary restrictions with ease, and added charming decorative touches to the room ahead of our arrival. Our guests loved the food, the attentiveness of the team, and the promptness of the service once all the guests arrived. We lingered, enjoyed one another’s company, and left feeling cozy and warmed up for the weekend’s festivities. 11/10 recommend for your next private gathering — or just a fabulous meal out. Thank you, Armand, Tatty, and the whole BB team, for the best kickoff to a most spectacular weekend!
