Ordered through Uber eats. Was delivered clumpy, undercooked, small portions of Alfredo with very little, runny sauce. The chicken was tough and unseasoned, the shrimp was bland. Payed just over $50 for two small plates of terrible Alfredo. Uber eats IMMEDIATELY refunded my money. Must get a lot of bad reports and refund requests. Will not order again, this was a first impression that did not impress

Only giving 3 starts because my food came right after the salad did, so i put the salad aside to entree was cold! The appetizer came out cold as well. Yes they warmed it up for us but why would you serve cold food? It came just so fast like it was sitting there forever and as soon as we ordered it arrived the table. Service was super slow too. But the staff are very sweet. And took care of the food and brought fresh food after saying something.

Haven’t been here, so I wanted to try it out. I came around 3 for lunch on a Thursday. I was immediately greeted by Heather who was my server. She answered all my questions gracefully and I feel like she went above and beyond to help me decide what I wanted to eat. The chef had his soup of the day which was potato soup. I couldn’t decide between that and wedding soup so Heather asked for a sample and he even garnished it for me. It was really good and flavorful! Definitely try it! I guess I still had my heart set on something light and not so heavy, so I went with the wedding soup. They may have been shorthanded, just by a little conversation I overheard, but that did not affect the service or the food. Seems like they are working hard to give the best food and service despite recent reviews. I will definitely be back! ❤️ Thank you Heather for being amazingly awesome!

Food was absolutely amazing. The chocolate lava cake was small but perfect dessert size. Alfredo was creamy. The salad had feta cheese and spices that added great flavors. We also ordered the pepperoni flat bread appetizer. It would make a great meal for a child. It was super delish! My daughter and I split a spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were huge!

So long story, have been here a few times and do like the food. however. Service is terrible the last few times. on top of the young bartender who has zero personality unless snob is one lol. We made reservations around a month and a half out for outdoor patio. so my surprise when i show up with family to be told the reservation will not be honored. No where does it say on open table or the website.. or facebook. if there is an even outside (concert) just be honest at the point of reservation and say it wont be honored. I feel there are MANY other Italian establishments around Omaha that will get our money.
