I don’t know why the delivery takes so long. It’s really ridiculous especially when we are only a few miles away. They need to fix the delivery issue. They need more drivers or more cars I don’t know why. But for it to take over an hour to get a sandwich and fries is pretty ridiculous. I have given this place multiple chances. I went in store and ordered takeout 2 small cheese steaks with mayo, an order of supreme fries, an order of meat lovers fries and a small American hoagie with a little oil. Nothing about my order was right. The cheese steaks had no mayo but we’re overly loaded down with salt and pepper which I didn’t ask for. The hoagie had way too much oil. The supreme fries are supposed to have chicken bacon cheddar cheese and mozzarella but had no cheddar cheese. And both orders of fries were burnt. And I was there for 30 minutes waiting for my food and they only had one pickup come in while I was there. There were no other customers and no deliveries went out. Bravos used to be an amazing place but not any more I will never go there again.

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered their cheese pizza with my choice of toppings and a greek salad to be delivered at my job. Ordering was simple. Payment was simple. Delivery guy was respectable and friendly, bless his heart. Delivery was earlier than expected and the food looked nice and presentable. Pizza was very good to the taste. Saving my salad for dinner next day. Good sized serving portions. This was my first time ordering from Bravo and I will be ordering again! Thank you Bravo. Good job.

Ordered food at 4:53 still nothing at 6:40 called twice they said it’s on the way , called one more time and was told oh my computer messed up. We make it now, at this point I told them where they could put there order..contacted chow now and made sure my money was refunded..what a bunch of lies , not to mention $48 bucks for 2 dinners. Another reason to say no to a salem business… word of advice is to make a wrong a right ,and please learn how to speak English ..your bridge is now burnt and I will make sure people know about..

Ordered appetizer sampler. Food over cooked. No broccoli bites. And when called to fixed the issue asked for manager on duty and got hung up on. Person did not want to believe the food is over cooked and dry. Poor customer service. Beyond disgusting. Never again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I am so sorry because I thought this was LIERALLY THE ONLY good place in Salem but I was WRONG. WRONG. My order was supposed to be here by 5:40. Its now 6:50 and nothing. We called the shop and its “on the way” 30 mins ago. Still waiting.

Definitely better then Salem Pat’s which is sad Pat’s used to be great pizza in the 90’s. Guses is really good but the prices have seriously went out of control. Bravo is damn good pizza in my opinion

I only had pizza recently and just did not care for it. Very greasy. To thin to wear it couldn’t stand the grease pouring off. It took a few more napkins to pat it down with. Sauce was good but overpowered with greasy. I hear their sandwiches are good.
