I’m conflicted on this review. A few weeks ago I got a boardwalk pie and not only did it come super fast and hot even during a busy day/time for pizzerias, it was fantastic. The onion rings were good also. I have been in the area for about a year now and have been slowly trying all the local places trying to find our new pizza/steak shop. After my boardwalk pie order I had high hopes for this one. Today I ordered a buffalo chicken pie, and it is so bad I could barely force myself to finish a single slice. My son won a gift certificate at school and wanted to use it then when I got home and realized they didn’t apply the certificate. First they were annoyed that we were using it. Then when we called they were annoyed about it then said to come back after 8 when their not busy and they’ll fix it. If it’s annoying when customers use gift certificates then don’t participate. Last time we will ever go there again. Their pizza isn’t that great anyway.

TLDR: Bravo’s was sold and is under new (terrible) management. The manager greeted me with a poor attitude, inaccurate product description and pricing, without apology. Charlie would never have operated like this and is missed by me and surely others too. I am wishing him all the best, I won’t forget how well he treated us as kids and into my adulthood. Bravos (and before that Ninos) was our fav hometown pizza place growing up. I’ve stopped in from time to time and have recently moved back locally. We have ordered the pizza special with wings and soda on numerous occasions and my son just requested it for his birthday. Both kids love wings. Bravos never disappoints with the wings! We had 60 wings for the celebration and all were gone by end of night. Bravos just gained a handful of new customers because the food was excellent!
