4 weeks ago I placed an order online. When I arrived 10 minutes after the time suggested that I pick up; the pizza was done. The salad was being made and the dessert pizza was missing. I have no problem with waiting but I had to explain to them that I ordered a dessert pizza also and then waited 20 minutes for them to make it. They were not busy at all. They made 1 other pizza the entire time I was there. When I finally got everything and was about to leave someone I had not seen yet handed me 3 free large pizza coupons and apologized. Very much appreciated, thank you. BUT then when I got home: the pizza was cold and they forgot the extra sauce I ordered and paid for. Honestly I don’t think I will choose to go again.

Missing cheese bread from order. So I got robbed for $10. ordered bacon and pineapple not ham and pineapple. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order at any breadough location. Delivery driver was nice. But this location is constantly making mistakes. This isn’t the first time.

The pizza was cold. We had the pizza with two crusts. One on top and one on bottom. The cheese was barely melted. The lady in side seemed like we were bothering her. She didn’t ask if we wanted butter on the crust. I wish she had cause I for got.

The last few times we’ve ordered pizza from Breadeaux we’ve received these Frankenstein pizzas where they use several old slices to fill out the pie. In a town with going on four different places to order pizza from, you’d think they would try to prevent customers from ordering from elsewhere. Well, I’m done giving my hard earned money to a place that can’t be bothered to do what should be the bare minimum, make a fresh pizza.

Looking for for someone to make you wait over an hour to have your order delivered, and not have a care in the world when your pizza never actually gets delivered because “it’s not their drivers”? Look no further! They will let you know they sent it off with some driver “a while ago” when you call an hour and a half later, and put you to ease with a “sorry it’s out of our control but we have you your money back”. Last time I ordered it showed up 25 mins late, but this time not at all! Customer service at its best 100%.
