The place and food presentation is beautiful. Ditto on Taste & Price. Cinnamon Bun French Toast is sweet but not too sweet and the meat lover’s breakfast burrito was perfect and 10/10 cheese pull. (Next time can’t wait to try the Italian breakfast burrito and BEC on a croissant.)

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere for sure. When we arrived there was a line of folks waiting to get in which made me very curious. If someone is making a line for something, it is usually worth it…and it was!! We stayed locally for a Baseball tournament and were rained out so we decided to grab some breakfast on our way back home and the Breakfast Nook was a Grand Slam!!!

First time stopping by in the new location for this breakfast and lunch spot. We were seated at a very small table about 24 inches square I guess. On the table were salt pepper tray of jelly and a syrup jar, with all that it was quite crowed once food came. The noise level was very loud due to the lack of sound deadening materials. The food was ok. When it came to paying I went to the counter paid the owner, she walked out from behind the counter with my receipt and credit card and dissapeared. As I looked over my shoulder back at the table she was putting the receipt and cc on an empty table. New location jitters I guess.

We came towards closing time which may explain the quality of some of the items. We ordered a Belgian waffle which was great (although maple syrup instead of the fake stuff would have elevated the experience), skillet potatoes which were hard and dry and felt hours old, corned beef hash which just wasn’t my thing so I can’t really say if it was good or not. The bacon was odd. The edges were burnt black but the middle was very tasty.

The reason I gave them 2 stars is their food is good. However, their food prices has gone up for couple of years and they are still keeping their old menu with old prices on their website intentionally. Don’t be surprised when your bill is more than 50% when you pick up your order. I have attached their current menu.

First visit and it definitely won’t be the last. Meals were excellent and the coffee was really good. Staff was friendly and professional. I recommend trying the granny apple waffle (I know it sounds weird but it is awesome). Highly recommend
