A friend and I had lunch here today. I had one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had and she really enjoyed her BLT with avocado. This is a basic diner, but the food was great and the service was excellent. We ate at another Breakwater a couple of days ago and the food was average and the service were average. The one in Ironwood is much nicer.

The breakwater is our go-to breakfast joint whenever we’re in town. Good, home cooked, hearty meals for a great price. Highly recommend! I only wish the restaurant was a bit cleaner, but it won’t stop me from coming

So many choices! They have an extensive menu with something for everyone, I couldn’t believe how many different types of bread/toast options they had & was excited for the raisin bread since not many places have it. Although almost every table was full the service was fast & food quality good. Will definitely go back the next time I’m in the area.

A true, mom and pop, American diner experience. The food is excellent and the service is fast even when busy. I recommend the ham and cheese omelet with hash browns and pancakes. I will definitely swing by when I’m in Ironwood again.

Bring your appetite. Had the breakwater breakfast special. Two eggs, made to order. Homefries, 4 pieces of bacon and two huge pancakes. All for under $10. Waddled away. There’s a reason why people keep coming back. Coffee is good and hot. Food served quickly and hot. Staff is Friendly. Best breakfast in town

At this former Big Boy designed building, this place has a wonderful menu. Very attentive, plenty of staff and service was quick. Our meal which we split was phenomenal! California omelet with hollandaise sauce! Highly recommend to check this place out!
