We’ve been stopping here for food for years. Used to be one of our favorite burger spots. I can’t give them 5 stars anymore after eating here yesterday. It has REALLY gone downhill. The first thing you notice when you enter is how filthy dirty the floor is. It looks like they haven’t cleaned it in days or weeks. Trash is piled up near the entrance (inside left), and the soda machine looks (and is) scary dirty. We ordered, and I added a customary tip to the total. Big mistake. The girl/woman who took our order was not pleasant or friendly. I’d say she was borderline rude. Would it kill you to be nice? Honestly, I wrote this review mostly based on her service, but the other things I mentioned are also things that jumped out at me, so I’m mentioning them as well. The food was different from previous visits. The burgers were cold. They didn’t taste fresh. When we asked for sauce or napkins (because the table napkin holder was empty), the employees weren’t nice. In fact, the 2 women behind the counter were too busy gossiping to care about the customers in front of them. We felt unwelcome here. We’d never been made to feel that way before. I seriously regret giving them a tip and admonish you to not tip here (or anywhere) until after eating to see if they deserved it!

Burgers are solid but make sure they don’t mess up your order. Guy that I assume to be the owner gaslit me into “ that’s not mustard that’s cheese” was def runny when you looked at the burger. Just took it off when he wouldn’t give me a new top bun. Fries were unseasoned and meh. But burger was juicy and seasoned. 6/10 recommend.
