AK Booze Review
Breeze Inn has great breakfast! Only thing, better make it before 10:40am to get it! They don’t mess around with the timing on ordering in time! But if you can get here early, the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs Benedict are fantastic!

Service was great! Quick & friendly! The gravy was fantastic, different than anywhere else I’ve had, the aroma was amazing! We went in as soon as they opened, so there was still a heavy smell of cleaning chemicals that died down after a little bit.

This is definitely the best place during the winter months, especially after a few dives! Granted, summer time gets extremely busy, so wait times may be slightly longer than desired. Clam chowder is definitely a house favorite and A jalapeño halibut burger definitely fires up a frozen gizzard! Don’t waste your time searching for another open restaurant until tourist season starts. This is pretty much the only off-season option anyway!

This was the spot we kept going back for out of all the restaurants in Seward. Each time we ate the food kept getting better and better. Staff was super friendly and the food came out incredibly quick. Not a big fish fan but their fish and chips are a 10/10 and would come back to AK just for that.

Delicious unassuming place! Doesn’t look like the popular choice but they easily sat our group of 7. Lunch was fantastic and a lot cheaper than other lunch options in Seward. We would definitely go back. Don’t let casual atmosphere fool you. Yum!!

We were recommended to get the burgers here. I had the grilled cheese sandwich burger. It was amazing. All burgers should be like this.

Your grandma’s favorite diner vibes with outstanding service and excellent food that came very fast, while they were a little busy. The Hangover burger was amazing. I bet the other burgers are great, too. The seafood chowder was killer. Mike L. is super polite and provided great service. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for American diner cuisine.

Had both breakfast and lunch here. Keep in mind the menu changes at 1030, they don’t do all day breakfast. The regular sausage links were pretty sad, but the bacon and home fries were good. At lunch, the dressing for the Cesar salad was great, very tart. Fries, chowder, and onion rings very good. Prices high for what you get but typical of the area.

The food was great. It seems like a hole-in-the-wall place but it’s nice inside and the staff are friendly. I had Halibut which was cooked/prepared perfectly. The only issue was our server forgot about us and we waited a bit for us to get our check. This wouldn’t stop me from coming back, though.

They stop taking breakfast orders at 10:45 (I had been waiting since before then to get someone’s attention to be seated) and start taking lunch orders at 11:15. So if you arrive in between that time be prepared to wait till lunch starts before they’ll take your order… An order of 8 wings by itself for $18.95 is crazy especially because it comes without fries. I mean they’re tasty, but not worth $18.95. Looooong wait for my food. You get a better bang for your buck elsewhere in Seward.
