I ordered the Eggs Benedict one Tuesday morning in late May. The dish was less than what it should have been. The product used could have been better. The hash browns were skimpy and lacking. The atmosphere and service, however, were pleasant.

Had a little wait, but was definitely worth the wait. There where four of us all of our breakfasts were amazing and super fresh. Service was top notch. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing breakfast with very little wait for the food. The service was outstanding and the price was as expected. We will definitely be going back!

I’m on an extended road trip and have been eating at cafes every morning across the USA for the last month. This is the first one that inspired me to whip out my phone and write a review. Service was great (Amanda F) even though they were busy, the hashbrowns were clearly made fresh in house, they used butter to cook and real cheese (not margarine and Kraft slices like some) – the omelette was not greasy and had lots of filling, the bread is homemade and they put butter available on the table. And it’s cute. Definitely not fancy on the inside, but that’s not what I want from a breakfast cafe anyway. 10/10

My first time into town and stopped at this restaurant for some brunch. Place was pretty busy, had to wait for a table, but once seated, the staff was polite and food came out quick. Meal was amazing as well!! Hope to be able to make it back one day.

Brenda’s cafe is a staple of downtown Ludington. Each time my fiancé and I visit we make a point to stop here for a meal. We love the breakfast! The stuffed French toast is one of the best items on the menu! It is impressive to see Brenda running around and making sure everything runs swimmingly. Your coffee will always be hot and fresh here! Make sure to stop by if you’re hungry – if there’s a wait it’s totally worth it! Also, the bathrooms are very clean especially considering the high volume of traffic the establishment serves.

This is an exceptional restaurant. Brenda is an absolute joy, and the other staff members have been nothing short of fantastic as well. The portion sizes are large and at a relatively low price. I’ve only been here a few times, and I will definitely be returning. The food is delicious, and the service is quite fast. This relaxed hometown diner has certainly earned its way into one of my favorite spots in Ludington.

Haven’t been too many times, as past experiences make me less sure of returning. First time I went, service was great, but the food I ordered took forever and other tables were getting their orders brought out even though we had been there first. This isn’t normally something I would complain about, but I had ordered shrimp and I was quite disappointed to find that after waiting so long, it was rubbery and lukewarm at best, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Fries weren’t the best either. Same thing happened the second time around, even though it was less busy, and the server barely waited on us. May come again.

Had an awesome breakfast this morning. I had the seafood omelet and my husband the ham and cheese omelet and a side of bacon. All was excellent – great job cook! We will definitely return when in Ludington. Teresa K was a pleasant waitress.
