Went here 4 years ago when I worked construction one day for lunch and never forgot it. Went back today and it’s still as fantastic as I remember. Undoubtedly the best porkroll sandwich in the state. They’re thick, cheap and cooked just right, just wish the place was closer to me.

Miss this place since I retired and moved out of NJ. Make it a point to order food from here whenever I visit. Love their eggplant, red pepper, mozzarella and tomato sandwich. Great staff and customer service.

I ordered a sandwich at the wrong location. The Rumson store even called asking for a refund or for them to make it for me for free. I waited 20 minutes for them just to tell me I have to pay for another sandwich. The manager at the red bank location was not a help at all.

Food was really good. Service was lackluster. Explanation was that they had lot of orders. But saying “5-10 minutes more” three to four times was really odd. The staff looked annoyed that we were impatient after almost 30 minutes of “5 more minutes wait”. Couple of others walked away and did not pick up their order after long wait. Staff should give a more realistic pickup time for phone and web orders, so folks are not just hanging around near the restaurant.
