I’m going to be completely honest: I was not going to leave more than a 2 star review after we ordered last week. They were having a community night and offering a fantastic discount to our apartment complex residents so my husband and I decided we’d use that to try them out and bring pizza to our small group. Because it was an incredible discount and our complex is decent in size I decided to order an hour and a half before I needed to pick it up. My orders were placed by 4 pm for pick up at 5:30. We got to the restaurant at 5:27 to make sure our food wouldn’t get cold waiting for us, but I quickly became frustrated when the man at the counter said it would be a few minutes because it was just about to be put in the oven. It was three minutes until I was suppose to have my food ready to be picked up. What was quoted to be “only a few more minutes” ended up being about twenty minutes after my pick up time. I was, I hope understandably, frustrated and told my husband I didn’t care how good the pizza tasted. I never wanted to go back there again. I quickly changed my mind after trying the food and excepting that I was probably fresh air out of a lot of hanger. Was it annoyed that I had to wait 20 minutes after I proactively anticipated there being an influx of orders and ordering way early? Yes. But if I’m being completely honest with myself, Staff was genuinely friendly the entire time, despite my visible frustration, and the fact that they were willing to even provide the discount for our apartment complex was extremely cool. I hope that I don’t have the same experience with the wait time in the future, But my husband and I will definitely be ordering again because it genuinely was super delicious and despite the way time the customer service was great.

The Heritage Honey+ pizza is quite possibly the best pizza this side of the pearly gates. Blown away by the flavor and taste of this pizza. The crust is cooked perfectly. The cup and char pepperoni are exactly that; the char provides that needed smoky flavor. The ricotta provides a creaminess to it and balances out the spicy honey. The basil hits at the end when your tongue is trying to distinguish the flavors and send them to your brain. The garlic hits just before that for a perfect balance. Truly an award winning creation, my hat’s off to Brenz and the creative minds behind this pizza. A must try!

Our favorite pizza place by far in the Columbus area. I dream about their BBQ Pizza and my kids insist on getting their Cinnabrenz every time. We do order extra sauce every time because we’re a sauce loving family and feel like it needs more. This pizza is our go-to when we have guests in town and everyone always loves it.

I wanted to share my experience I had tonight. We absolutely love this pizza! With that being said, we ordered tonight and there was a slight mistake and the pizza ended up being burned (first time we’ve ever had an issue).. I called and spoke with the manager- I wish I would have gotten his name- He was so apologetic and had another pizza at our door within 30 minutes of the call. He offered to refund my money and hand deliver another pizza to us! WOW! In a world where customer service is hard to come by.. it was so refreshing to hear someone take pride in their job! Whoever you are- we appreciate you and loved our pizza tonight!! You have a customer for life!!

Well this was surprisingly good. We got the rustic and the honey one. They told us 45 minutes and we went and sat another 45 minutes because they messed up one of the pizzas. While we were there we saw multiple messed up orders and people aggravated at the wait. In the meantime the girl on the phone kept taking orders and telling people 45 minutes… We literally told her to tell people longer. Aside from the service, the pizza had a really good flavor. The crust had a nice chew to it, almost springy. I was really surprised by the flavor of the honey one. The rustic was our friends go-to and after trying that one, it’s their new favorite.

We have had their pizza more than 10 times. We had friends from out of town. We ordered online. We were disappointed with delivery. App said 90min. After 100min we called. The Mgr said the pizza is ready but delivery is running late. The pizza came cold and 9 of us couldn’t finish 3 16” pizza. Very unhappy with service as well as pizza quality.
